We needed an electrician and no one we know had one they would recommend so we went purely on the Yelp reviews. The owner himself replied quickly and repeatedly and even though they couldn't come the same day, they were great about communicating with us. A day later they came out and even showed up an hour earlier than they said they could! (I was sure they were going to be hours late, like the Cable guy). Jura was efficient, polite and very quickly figured out a fairly complicated issue with faulty work that had been done a few years ago connecting some wires feeding the circuit panel. Customer service was excellent and efficient.

One of the things that I have found to be difficult in Hawaii is efficient, quick, and excellent customer service compared to the mainland (for example: California).

However, Sergio and E I Electrical is the first company that I have found to be excellent! They have exceeded my expectations and it's because of their communication and how prompt and efficient they are. Plus, they're honest and we did not get the same type of customer service with our previous licensed electrician. They are the first company that actually called us let us know that they were running late!

We have had horrible customer service with our solar company, licensed electrician, even with The Geek-squad at Best Buy on the island! They were the first to tell us what was wrong with our one outlet in the house. The licensed electrician couldn't even figured that out!

We just bought our first apartment and needed to replace and rewire a few outlets. Called E I Electrical for help. Joe was very friendly and personable on the phone. Made an appointment, but they weren't able to make it on time. I was upset at first, but Joe called promptly to explain they were held up on another job waiting for HECO. I appreciated him keeping me in the loop and not just no-showing. We rescheduled for a few days later.

On the day of the new appointment, Yura arrived 5 minutes early! Awesome! He was very helpful and easy to talk to, and took care of all the outlets that needed fixing quickly and efficiently. I had never hired an electrician for a job before, so I was a little scared about what the price tag would be, but it was very reasonable when you take their professionalism into account. Thanks Yura and Joe! I'll be in touch next time I need an electrician.

I bought a Tesla and needed a 240V electrical outlet for charging my new car and received a quote from another company I used for my electrical needs. When I called the other company the owner made me really uncomfortable with his quote and response to my needs like he never installed a 240V outlet for electric cars. I asked Tesla Hawaii Club members and they recommended David from E I Electrical. When I called David he asked for photos and within a hour gave a estimate and scheduled my appointment. I felt really comfortable since they knew what they were doing.

Cliff of E I Electrical came today and I was thoroughly satisfied with his excellent service and neatness of the installation. These guys know what they are doing and the prices are reasonable as well. I have now found my favorite electrical contractors and will use them for all of my electrical needs! I highly recommend E I Electrical!!!

I made an appointment with E I Electrical yesterday with Joe. He was very nice and professional and let me know Sergio would be my technician for today. I wanted to have a couple of additional outlets put in the media area so the cords didnt have to go across the floor. Sergio was promptly on time very curtious and professional. He did a great job with the outlets and showed me that they worked properly. Including the USB plugs for the phones or tablets, no more trying to find the plug adapters!!!

What are the chances you call an electrician for help to tackle small, but pesty little electrical related tasks AND they come out the same day ready to go? NEVER, well with the exception of E I Electrical and not just once but TWICE, this is my second time using their company. It all started with a call to Joe, explained that I had some landscape lights not working, a capped exterior electrical outlet that needed a cover to protect from the elements and needed installation of a nifty smart home video doorbell. The electrician, Sergio, was professional, polite, timely and most considerate while working on all of our projects. The next day, he even followed up on a part that he couldn't find at the nearby hardware store. Very thoughtful, indeed. I like this company for its excellent customer service, transparency with costs and technical knowledge. They pick up the phone and do what they say they are going to do!

I called E1 to make an appointment and was surprised that they were able to send over an electrician in a few hours. Cliff, the electrician, showed up on time, fixed my electrical problem quickly, cleaned up after completing the work, and, charged what I consider to be a reasonable amount. I am very satisfied with the work that E1 did and will certainly use them again in the future.

He retuned the next day at the exact agreed upon time with the necessary parts to complete the job. Billing was fair and I didn't feel as if I was gouged or over charged
