All I can say is I received outstanding service from E I Electrical. From the get go Joe was responsive and professional and coordinating the appointment. The electrician, Sanders was exceptionally courteous and his customer service skills was exceptional - as requested, he provided me updates of the repair and thoroughly checked all the electrical outlets to ensure appropriate functionality. Plus the service charge was undeniably fair. They are now on my recall list! Thank you for a job well-done.

This is a really good company. You get text msg and email conformations for your appointments and billing/receipts. From time called to appointment date was quick. Jared my installer was awesome. Texted me when he was on his way and was actually earlier than scheduled. Install of my celing fan was quick and done with zero issues. Very affordable. Will be using this company again.

Awesome!! Responded within minutes to my inquiry about installation of 3 ceiling fans. When I had received all of the answers I needed to chose an electrician they sent somebody over within an hour and this was in no way an emergency. Received up to date texts on where my electrician Jared was. I also recommend you ask for Jared, extremely personable and down to earth dude! Truly spreads the Aloha and does a superb job. Impressed with the pricing as well.

As a I mentioned this is who you want at your home in Ewa Beach! I will be using them again in the future if I need anymore work done!!

My technician Jacob arrived on time and got right to work. He did a great job installing four fixtures for me and troubleshooting another fixture.

I picked E I Electrical based on the Yelp reviews. I attempted to get a quote for hooking up previously disconnected wiring for a kitchen light from four companies. E I Electrical was the only company to respond. Based on the friendliness and politeness of their office personnel, Joe, I was more than happy to book electrical work with them. Joe got me scheduled the following day and gave me the electrician's name, Jared, and his phone number once anything arose.

Joe explained their charges upfront. Two hours minimum plus whatever lighting fixtures I wanted. I found lighting fixtures along with dimming switches for Jared to install.

Jared was very friendly, easy going, and professional. He removed his shoes prior to entering my house. Jared is a fast and efficient worker. He was able to install two new kitchen lights, dimming switches for both, and three bathroom lights along with adjusting pendent lights to make them shorter. One of the pendant light was installed unevenly by the previous owner and Jared made sure to fix it so it didn't come lose.

I highly recommend using this company.

They did an amazing job at my house. I reached out via yelp for a quote on Saturday and someone was at my house by Monday evening. Jared was extremely friendly and professional at all times. He changed out a light fixture for a fan in my living room and three exterior light fixtures. He also created two new electrical breakers so that my bathrooms and two bedrooms were each on their own (we previously couldn't run an AC unit in each bedroom at the same time). All said and done, it was much more affordable than I anticipated as well. I'll use them again in the future for any electrical work.
