I have to retract my previous review. I had my work done in January, it is now April. Thy CEO of the company noticed my review and called to rectify my problem. Today he himself came was pleasant and put my sound bar back to my satisfaction. Yes, my sound bar! He treated me as if I was wiring my whole apartment. I am an old man and I thought that kind of service was all gone. Absolutely NOT. I am glad thier company STILL treats thier customers with old fashioned service. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Joe, I have a new friend!

These guys were great! Awesome communication before, during and after the job. Daniel was friendly, professional, efficient and he broke out a little vacuum to clean up after the job! When he left the job was complete and we could immediately use it. He explained everything and was so helpful with a few other electrical questions unrelated to the job he was doing. Will definitely hire EI for future projects! Service + aloha = a win I my book!

Excellent service, straight forward experience. Quickly scheduled an appointment (soonest appointment was 3 days later), electrician arrived on time and communicated what was going to be done. We needed 2 new separate outlets added. He left to purchase supply's and after around 4 hours the job was completed. Not sure what electrician rates are but we paid around here but the final bill seemed reasonable. Would use again if needed!

Loved that they troubleshoot first to help fix the issue. Joe helped me over the phone and gave me very simple easy instructions on how to troubleshoot the problem. And it worked! I don't know the first thing about electric panels ect. and Joe explained everything to me and made sure I understood every step. I am very pleased with the service I received! Thank You!

I am soooooo frustrated with this company!!!!!!!! I had them come on December 14th 2020 to check out our ceiling fan. They said it was not the fan but the electrical box needed to be replaced. They said they couldn't do it that day but would come back on January 3rd to do the job. We paid them close to $200.00 for that. They never came back!!!!! I have called them 3 times and they keep saying they will get right back to me!!!! Not!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed someone to come to my residence to install an electrical outlet in hallway for the purpose of plugging in a night light for my doggo. Her shi-shi box is located in that hallway which is really dark so the nite light would remedy that. I had been using those battery operated push lights as a temporary solution. I was thinking the job would be fairly easy because there's an electrical outlet on the other side of the hallway wall (it's in bedroom) so all that would be needed is to install an outlet on the hallway side of wall than run wires from bedroom outlet to the new outlet. I called another company (not on Yelp) which I won't name and was told they could do the job at cost of $250 which sounded okay. I ended up waiting and waiting for someone to me call back to schedule the job. I got tired of waiting so I took to my savior...Yelp where I found this company. I called on a Thursday talked to Joe who scheduled an appt the very next day. Joe said cost is $145 per hour which was reasonable. The electrician Dan showed up promptly and got to work but not before figuring out how he was going to access the wall. There's a bed that's right up against the wall where he needed to drill and it would have been a lot of work in moving the bed (bed is attached with screws to a large headboard plus I have a bunch of junk under my bed..who doesn't) With Dan's quick thinking he decided to remove the box springs and mattress from the frame and stacked them to the side. He was extremely knowledgeable friendly neat and most of all got the job done in a little over one hour. If you ever call this company and get scheduled with ""Dan"" have no fear ""Dan"" is here!!!
