You won't find better quality or value for electrical services in the Bay Area than Bao and E E Electric. We used Bao for several projects and every time Bao provided outstanding service for very reasonable prices. We made the mistake of hiring someone else for a project once because the other guy said he could start immediately whereas Bao was busy for 1-2 days. That was a big mistake to not just wait a day for Bao. Do yourself a favor, for all your electrical needs, just call Bao. You will find lots of contractors with much higher prices, maybe a few with very slightly lower prices (and also much lower quality that you will regret later), but none with higher quality, knowledge and integrity. He is always on time, always responsive, always courteous and always does great work.

I hired Bao to install recessed lighting in my home and he did an excellent job! He once again did not disappoint. He is very meticoulos, a perfectionist, he always takes the time to explain what he is doing and why..And I don't even ask but his explanation is very informative and educational for me.

I have hired Bao a number of times throughout the years and I can honestly say he is a very honest and reasonable.

He previously updated my electrical panel, added 220v, 3 way switches and now recessed lighting (10) of them. I will have back in a month or so to replace a few ceiling fans.

BAO and his team are excellent. They did amazing work installing some motion sensors and garage lights for us. It is a family business, he, his brother and cousin came out and finished the job well and quickly, efficiently and neatly. Bao installed connected power to minisplit heat pump. He did very precise and good work. He installed extra wire for future installations, so that future installations are simple.

Bao gave reasonable estimate and was able to do the work in two days.

Found Bao via Nextdoor recommendations. He installed eight new outlets behind our media center. (I invited him to provide us an estimate on a transfer switch as well as the media center job. We're not ready for the transfer switch yet).

Bao showed up for the estimate and the job per schedule. Kept me informed via text. Sent me pictures of the transfer switch that I (eventually) will need to purchase.

He did a great job on the outlets; the cuts in the dry wall were clean and final finish looks great. Bao is methodical, friendly and he cleaned up very well and ensured that everything worked before leaving. I was very happy.
