Bao is a superb electrician. He and his team have done several jobs for me over the years. He has great customer service and is very professional and reliable. His most recent project for me was installing my EV charger where he really planned out the best option. I really appreciated that he and his team were neat and through. BAO and his team are excellent. They did amazing work installing some motion sensors and garage lights for us. It is a family business, he, his brother and cousin came out and finished the job well and quickly, efficiently and neatly. Bao installed connected power to minisplit heat pump. He did very precise and good work. He installed extra wire for future installations, so that future installations are simple.

Found Bao via Nextdoor recommendations. He installed eight new outlets behind our media center. (I invited him to provide us an estimate on a transfer switch as well as the media center job. We're not ready for the transfer switch yet).

Bao showed up for the estimate and the job per schedule. Kept me informed via text. Sent me pictures of the transfer switch that I (eventually) will need to purchase.

He did a great job on the outlets; the cuts in the dry wall were clean and final finish looks great. Bao is methodical, friendly and he cleaned up very well and ensured that everything worked before leaving. I was very happy.
