They sent out a tech, Josh, to our home to replace a thermostat that quit working. Josh did a wonderful job replacing the bad unit with a different new unit and he took the time to go through the operation and features with my daughter. He was 100 percent great!

Last week our air conditioner stopped working and Brandon S. and his crew came out to replace our old system. Brandon was able to get our new air conditioner installed the same day and save us from the sweltering heat. We are totally impressed with Brandon and the E. Dennis employees. Brandon has checked in on us twice to make sure everything is working up to our expectations. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

I'm a first time home owner and this was my first time having an issue with my AC unit. Saturday night I turned my AC on because it was 85 degrees in the house. I left my house and came back 2 hours later and it was still 85 degrees. I thought maybe it was my Nest causing the issue so I waited until Sunday to test again and had the same issue. I went outside and checked the AC unit and the fans wasn't moving. It was 91 degrees outside and 86 degrees inside and I knew I needed service.

With this being a holiday weekend, I just knew I would have to be in my house without AC for a least 2-3 days. I called around and everyone had an outrage fee just to have someone come out to look at the unit on a ""holiday"" Sunday.

With a quick search I found E Dennis AC and gave them a call. Within 40 minutes, Brock was at my door ready to work. Less than an hour Brock had my AC back up and running. This has been amazing service. Brock educated me on what was causing the issue, he gave me a price break down, and what he had to do to resolve it. I'm now relaxing with my AC colder than a polar bear toe nail. They have a customer for life with me!

Follow Up: Mr. Dennis contacted us immediately after first post. Could not apologize enough for the first experience and for not contacting us sooner. Informed us of all the changes that would be made internally to keep that from happening again. Mr. Dennis took over the project personally and made good on finishing the project. We had to pay a little more but a lot more work needed to be done for correct connection. They also worked closely with Austell Gas to get a bigger meter installed. This is really a stand-up group of people. Would definitely have them maintain our HVAC equipment in the future.

We purchased a set of gas logs from Austell Gas but Austell Gas doesn't install the logs so they gave us the number to E Dennis to do the install and we called and made the appointment. James came out and knew exactly what he was doing. He was professional, fast, clean and nice. Once he got the logs in he showed me how to work them. We did all paperwork and payment on an iPad. Very simple and easy. There was only one issue. Austell Gas quoted one price that was half of what E Dennis charges for the job they completed. This made us nervous for a second but E Dennis pretty much honored the quote and we were very happy with the cost. The logs are working and our home feels nice and toasty!!!

After years of dealing with the BS that is a home warranty, I had this company come out after Turner Blair Construction referred them. Not only was Brandon and his crew timely, but he came out within 48 hrs and diagnosed the problem. He fixed what American Home Shield could not over an 8 year span. They were not the cheapest but they were the most professional, knowledgeable and efficient AC company I have ever dealt with. This is the most awesome business in this area! I love these guys. They go above and beyond to ensure that your heating and air conditioning needs are met. They are nice and I always get that family feel from them. Courteous and considerate and friendly. You can't ask for a better experience. They want to please you and they do exactly that. Justin is amazing and the ladies in the office are so professional. Brandon came by to check on our unit after he had a chemical burn to his face and eye and I can't believe he showed up before going to the doctor. Talk about commitment and service. I was very satisfied with the help I received from Jonathan. I have a pretty new unit that just wouldn't turn on for no clear reason. Jonathan spent a lot of time reviewing the AC equipment in my attic, the thermostat, and the outside components. I had a burnt out wire and damaged contactor that had led to the AC malfunctioning. My unit was under the manufacturer's warranty so the cost for the repair was minimal. I know with all the time spent the problem was properly corrected. Also, the issue was repaired in less than 24 hours from when I placed my service call! Highly recommend.

Eddie Dennis's guys are excellent at their trade. Eddie is a great guy, fair business man, and honest in all of his dealings. I had a wonderful experienc with E. Dennis HVAC when I had to unexpectedly replace my two HVAC units. He gave me a much lower price than other companies and has come out to check on the units annually since then. I've also used his company to clean our entire HVAC duct system and replace a water heater. I highly recommend them.

I have been using E Dennis for four years to maintain and service my heating and ac units. Last November I was told that I needed a new system on the main floor. I told them to give me a quote. I called them in December to ask about the quote and they said they were working on it. In January they called and gave me a number, $6,000. During the time I was waiting I found that I had a relative in the business located in south Atlanta, I'm located in Marietta. His number was $3,000 so naturally I had to use his number. I told E Dennis that while I could not afford to pass up the savings I still wanted them to do the service work on my units. I called today for my maintenance service and was called back by a service man and told that because I did not purchase the new unit from them that they did not want to do the service work as they do not make any money on maintenance work. I guess business is good and they have forgotten how things were back in 2007 - 2008.
