horrible experience, they charged an outrageous amount and did not fix the issue. i called a real plumber out and he fixed the problem in 20 minutes and charged me 20% of what e Dennis charged to not fix it. I gave them the chance to split the bill, cover the cost of a truck roll and pay the technician, no response whatsoeve. would not recommend .
Worst at plumbing!! Don't waste money on them and even got talked into hvac and canceling. Plumbing isn't a reliable option and guy wants to say if I have to put a shovel on the ground I'll have to charge you and if you want to save money call whoever works in sprinklers. I called you and fix it. I was willing to pay extra for them and was unwilling and trying to talk me out of it. What a joke, it was 1:20 and I guess he was hangry and didn't want to make money
They were called last month to repair a water leak outside near our street meter. Initially, the plumber mis-identified the type pipe to repair. My builder needed to get involved to help him identify it properly. Once known, he let me know they didn't have the needed part, but would source it asap in order to repair the leak. The company called 3 days later to let me know they were still searching and would let me know that it would be repaired as soon as they found it. I didn't hear from them again. Ten days later with water still leaking, I texted the plumber direct to ask the status and he seemed confused and didn't reply thereafter. I found a different plumber and it was repaired within 2 days. I've since called the company 5 times asking to speak with management. A customer service agent replied once, but none of the managers has returned my call to date. Hard to believe management can be that unresponsive. Mistakes happen, but failure to rectify poor performance is really bad for business.
Called twice and asked to speak to owner. Never got a call back. One of their trucks drove by us, on Dec. 18th at 10:00 am, when we were in a crosswalk, with the smell of marijuana wreaking from the work truck. I tried to contact the owner privately, but since that didn't work. Here I am.
Don't hire them for any electrical work. Totally incompetent in that area. I hired them because I had no light in one part of the house, and when I tried turning things on my breaker would trip. Their technician came and kept telling me my breaker wiring was not according to the code and he had to change it. I have owned the house for more than 30 years and no electrician ever told me my breaker wiring was against the code. I had had many electricians in the house over the years. Against my better judgement I told him to fix the alleged problem. I was hoping after that he could fix the real problem with the lights. He played around with some switches and charged me for $800, and told me he really did not know why I had no light. He said he had to come back another day to finish the job, and had to charge me more to figure out what might be wrong. Waste of $800. I tried talking to a manager. I called 4 times and no one returned my call. Stay away from their electrical department

Did i mention my Technician completed the diagnostic and fixed my air conditioning unit in less than an hour. They are great.
Rusty R.Exceptional service! Our 13 year old AC unit finally died. Levi Trafari came out and worked with us on getting a great price to replace our AC unit. Levi was patient in answering all of our questions and didn't mind staying late to do so. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided several options for us. The installation technicians, Hunter Padgett and his coworker, showed up as scheduled and replaced our old unit with the new one efficiently and with minimal disruption. They were pleasant and got us cooled off in no time. They also provide a military discount. We have had bad experiences with AC companies in the past, but thankfully our experience with E. Dennis was drama free! I truly recommend this company if you need AC work completed. Very pleased customer!

Sam Monford did a maintenance service on my HVAC unit. He was very professional and did an excellent service. Very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service care. Thank you Sam.
Had a Freon leak- Luckily, a tech was able to get out to our home same day but we were charged $139 for an ""After Hours"" fee because he was coming after 5PM. Checked the line-set coming from the unit, said it was leaking and offered up a $100 dye test through the system to see where it was leaking.. Couldn't really afford that extra seeing as though it was already well over $500 to have the tech add freon at over $100 per pound. I realize the cost of living has gone up but DAMN!! I asked the tech why 410a costs so much, he replies with ""Well, I can stop now and you can just pay me what I put in"".. SIR! Not an answer. I realize it was 6PM and I am sure dinner was waiting but seriously?? It took 30 minutes for him to LOOK, Add Freon, and take my money...
Freon leaked out within a day. Had another tech come out. Pulled out a handheld device, took 5 minutes, and found the leak. Fixed the leak and charged the system back up.. less that what I paid this company.
Would not recommend unless you are in a pinch... or just desperate!
