I had a situation leaving my household with no water. I dug around looking for a plumbing company that said they were 24/7 open, this company claims that. This is far from the truth.

They have an after hours call center which is just about as useful as an answering machine, they can't book appointments, they cant dispatch technicians, but worst of all they will lie about this.

I called and spoke to a lady early afternoon on Sunday and she asked if I wanted to set up an appointment to which I responded with ""only if you can get a technician out today"" and she assured me this would happen and it would be a short time before I was contacted with an ETA for the technician.

2.5 hours go by and no call, so I call back and was told technicians are just busy in the field and would be a bit longer before I was contacted.

At this point I have full faith that someone will be coming by that night. Then 9:30 pm rolls around and still no call. I have waited and waited and put off the idea of just getting a hotel so that I could shower.

I call them back at 9:30 and finally get some one who is honest and tells me that no one is in the office and everyone I have been speaking to was just in an after hours call center that just puches the information they collect to the actual office with seems to only be open on weekdays from what I have learned.

They finally call back on monday morning around 8:20 am and I explain my distain with the whole situation. The lady asks if I'd like to speak to a manager like that would fix something.

Long story short, 30 minutes on youtube and a discover of the plumbing connections known as Sharkbite and the problems were all solved for under $100 including some new tools.

my sink fell disconnected from the granite called for service assured me they do this. 79.00 service call fee. Okay. Tech gets here wants to give me a new garbage disposal nothing wrong with the one I have repipe everything Been working fine for 20 plus years. 2800.00. Really I guess it's there way to get to peoples homes give them something they don't need but make 79.00. That's okay with help from a friend I got the sink back up for less than 15.00. I will DYI things from now on. Too many people not are so dishonest and are take take take no morals.

Stood up! Had an appointment between 8-12 and missed a call from tech at 11:19. I called back at 11:26 and was told the tech canceled because I didn't answer the phone?! I can't express the amount of unprofessionalism this is...have your customer waiting 4 hours only to cancel after a 6 minute missed call? I should have read the other reviews!

Ryan and Chad the owner both stand behind Joshua the tech. If the New construction home is unsafe in Sept 2023 when they serviced it and let the system run until today and now it is unsafe how is that possible. They turned off the unit on a Holiday weekend. Ethical and shady practices.

horrible experience, they charged an outrageous amount and did not fix the issue. i called a real plumber out and he fixed the problem in 20 minutes and charged me 20% of what e Dennis charged to not fix it. I gave them the chance to split the bill, cover the cost of a truck roll and pay the technician, no response whatsoeve. would not recommend .

Worst at plumbing!! Don't waste money on them and even got talked into hvac and canceling. Plumbing isn't a reliable option and guy wants to say if I have to put a shovel on the ground I'll have to charge you and if you want to save money call whoever works in sprinklers. I called you and fix it. I was willing to pay extra for them and was unwilling and trying to talk me out of it. What a joke, it was 1:20 and I guess he was hangry and didn't want to make money

They were called last month to repair a water leak outside near our street meter. Initially, the plumber mis-identified the type pipe to repair. My builder needed to get involved to help him identify it properly. Once known, he let me know they didn't have the needed part, but would source it asap in order to repair the leak. The company called 3 days later to let me know they were still searching and would let me know that it would be repaired as soon as they found it. I didn't hear from them again. Ten days later with water still leaking, I texted the plumber direct to ask the status and he seemed confused and didn't reply thereafter. I found a different plumber and it was repaired within 2 days. I've since called the company 5 times asking to speak with management. A customer service agent replied once, but none of the managers has returned my call to date. Hard to believe management can be that unresponsive. Mistakes happen, but failure to rectify poor performance is really bad for business.

Called twice and asked to speak to owner. Never got a call back. One of their trucks drove by us, on Dec. 18th at 10:00 am, when we were in a crosswalk, with the smell of marijuana wreaking from the work truck. I tried to contact the owner privately, but since that didn't work. Here I am.

Don't hire them for any electrical work. Totally incompetent in that area. I hired them because I had no light in one part of the house, and when I tried turning things on my breaker would trip. Their technician came and kept telling me my breaker wiring was not according to the code and he had to change it. I have owned the house for more than 30 years and no electrician ever told me my breaker wiring was against the code. I had had many electricians in the house over the years. Against my better judgement I told him to fix the alleged problem. I was hoping after that he could fix the real problem with the lights. He played around with some switches and charged me for $800, and told me he really did not know why I had no light. He said he had to come back another day to finish the job, and had to charge me more to figure out what might be wrong. Waste of $800. I tried talking to a manager. I called 4 times and no one returned my call. Stay away from their electrical department
