I had the pleasure of working with Mike to install several smart outlets and connect those outlets to Hue light strips and also to Amazon Alexa. Mike was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He showed up on time, went out of his way to go the extra step to locate a new switch since the one I bought was not compatible and to connect the new hardware to the wi-fi and to Alexa. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and then gave me the various options to choose from. He cleaned up when he was done and everything works as expected. Mike was the third electrician I hired to do this same project. I wish I would have found him first. What was so difficult for the previous elections, was a snap for Mike! I would hire him again for any electrical project and would highly recommend him to anyone who has need for an electrician.

Mike was the third contractor that I worked with on this project -- I only wish that I had started with him! I wanted to replace 6 on-off and 2 dimmer switches with smart switches and he arrived on time, walked me through the process and helped me setup the switches to the smart hub. Recently, I hired DV Electric to install 20+ recessed lights throughout my townhouse. My experience with Mike and his team was outstanding. He responded to my initial request promptly, and came out and checked out my place. I didn't have much experience and clue about recessed lighting and asked for advice from him. I communicated my idea/goal of each room, and he listened carefully and formulated his own suggestions, giving me options and ultimately let me decide on the options based on his advice. He definitely works with the customer to understand their needs, and not govern the work to be done in a fixed way. He was able to clearly point out the tradeoffs to each approach, like which would involve more effort/drilling, cost of each option, etc. His team showed up on time, worked efficiently and laboriously, planning out the placements, measuring, drilling holes, running wires in the attic, installing dimmable switches, etc. The work was done within his estimate of 2 days. Totally, 23 recessed lights were installed, and I was very happy with the work and result, and they cleaned up well after the project. He was able to fix minor issues along the way, again showing his dedication to customer service. His rates were also very reasonable. To me, many things stood out about his work - his flexibility and patience in accepting changing requirements, a can-do attitude, honesty, responsive and excellent communication, technical expertise in his field, and overall being a cool guy to work with! If I have any more electrical needs, I would certainly give Mike a call again and would recommend him to others without reservations!

Mike was very professional and his communication skills was excellent. He did a really good estimate over the phone asking very relevant questions on my setup and locations of my power/breakers. His estimate came in at a very competitive price.

The job was done early the next day after I got the estimate. He was very professional, prompt, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

It was a long weekend and the partial power at our business was out. We phoned PG & E and they said to call an electric person because they did not see any problem at their end. I phoned 20 people on Yelp and Mike was the only one who phoned us back, which was a life saver. Mike gave us a time he would be able to come by and he did, he checked everything and told us that it was indeed a problem with PG&E. We phoned them and they came out and said it was not their problem and to call the electric person again. We were getting very frustrated at this point but Mike was really patient and he was willing to come out again with PG&E the next day which was a Sunday and when Mike came out he showed PG&E the problem which they did not even recognise. We are so grateful to Mike and we are definately going to be saving his # and giving it out to our friends and family.

Purchased chargepoint for my EV on amazon and scheduled an appointment through amazon. Mike showed up on time and started working on it very quickly. Mike finished everything in 3 hours which was estimated as 8 hours while I google the job online. He did a super fantastic job to layout the wires and plug. Way better than what I expected! I also asked him to check a problem for my kitchen lights and provide a quote. The price he gave me was unbeatable. Definitely have him come back for all electricity issues i have from now on. Highly recommend!
