HORRIBLE service! ZERO STARS if I could. totally disappointing experience!
We heard great things about this company, so thought we'd give them a try for our electrical service upgrade. They scheduled for early in the morning (between 9-11) last week and never showed up! I waited around all morning and was told when I called to follow up that the estimator, Dan, had called me (from an unknown number) but since I didn't answer my phone he said they don't come out unless they speak with the owner first to reconfirm the appointment. The scheduler, Charlotte, never advised me of this policy, so I did not know to look for a call. I rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday (today) for between 1-3 PM. I have a very busy schedule, but I waited around for Dan to arrive. This time I had his number saved in my phone and was able to answer his ""pre-appointment"" call. We confirmed that he would be ""arriving soon"". I waited around, and kept checking for him. By 2:30 I was now down in my backyard, doing work. I texted Dan to let him know to come around back when he arrived. He texted me back that he had already been to my home and had left an estimate on my front door upstairs. I couldn't figure out how that was possible, since I was home ALL DAY, waiting on him. Despite having a 2-story home, our doorbell rings both upstairs and downstairs so no matter where I am, I can here it.
It had never rang, so I couldn't figure out how I missed him-again! I went upstairs and there was no quote on the front door. I immediately texted him to return and attempted 2 phone calls to his number. My messages were unanswered. I called the office, SW (receptionist?), who promptly cut off a now very frustrated client, placed me on hold and then Charlotte, the scheduler, picked up. Turns out SHE had entered my address incorrectly for the appointment and Dan had gone somewhere over in Tarpon Springs, to a completely different area! She placed me on hold (to reach Dan, I assume). When she came back on the line she couldn't hear me, despite my continually telling her I was on the phone. She hung up, called me back, then informed me that Dan was ""too busy"" to swing back by this afternoon. She said they could reschedule me (for a 2nd time, 3rd appt in total) for tomorrow between (hours). I was pretty furious by this time, and told her that was not acceptable since I had now waited around not once, but twice for their estimator and I was busy the rest of the week. She said there was just no way they could make it back out to assist me (today). I told her I would take my business elsewhere and she said that would be fine.

Nov 8th 12:45. One of the repair vehicles jumped the median in front of Home Depot palm harbor to get into a turn lane faster almost hitting my car. If they cut corners driving and put people in danger probably wouldent trust them with my house.

Paid $177.00 to have a bad outlet replaced and a trouble shoot on a problem that wasn't resolved. Way too pricey for me I'll find another electrician next time.

I called Dunedin Electric because I needed 2 ceiling fans installed. This included removing old ones. The woman who answered my call said they could provide the service and she'd call me right back.
She never called back so I called again the next day and she couldn't find my information so I told her once again what service I was requesting. Once again she said she'd call right back - never did.
I'm not happy so will call someone else. If they didn't want to do this why not just tell me! Unfortunate because I was hoping to find an electrician I could call on for all work I need at my home. It definitely won't be Dunedin Electric!!

We needed a pendant light hung on a 18 foot ceiling and no other company could do the job for a reasonable price, enter Dunedin Electric. Angel and Chris were very courteous, arrived on time and did a wonderful job installing the light. Don't waste your time calling anyone else to do any job. Highly recommend Dunedin Electric.

We called Dunedin Electric at the recommendation of a friend when we found we needed some electrical work done. William and Chris came out, spent half a day at our home, and handled everything we needed in a super efficient manner. They were polite, professional, very respectful of our home, and cleaned everything up very well. The work they did was great and the price was very fair. Will definitely use Dunedin Electric again, and recommend them to others!

Bob was outstanding. He was on time, professional and did the job efficiently. He word bottles to not track dirt in and out of the house. He reviewed what he did and the price was honest and reasonable. I have found our families's electrician!

I have had two different electricians out on two different occasions this month, and both were the most professional contractors I have dealt with in ages. They do a great job, they don't try to over charge and always so friendly and efficient! I highly recommend them!
