I had the same problem another reviewer had. It is called neutral loss and causes you to read about 240 V on your 110 V outlets. You can lose equipment connected to the outlets. I called Southern California Edison, they could not find anything but told me the problem is inside the house. They also said locating the problem can be very hard and can cost thousands of dollars. Since I found the earlier review here, I called Duke Electric. Sean arrived in a short time. He went through the outlets, some light fixtures, figured where the circuits are. Then he went to the panel. Shortly he found the problem and fixed it right away. The price he gave me was very reasonable for such an important problem. I recommend their services very highly.

Want to give a big shout out and say thanks to Sean. I was installing new outlets and switches in my home over the last few days and ran into some issues. They were easily fixable if you had the knowledge. I called a few electrical companies and they wanted $200 just to come show me what I had wrong(Volt electric). Sean was the only one who took 5 minutes of his time to ask me what I did and then told me what I did wrong. 10min later I was up and running. He was the only guy that didn't try to scam me for a super simple fix. I'll be using this company for my future electrical needs because they are honest. Thanks again Sean!

Darryn did a great job in trouble shooting the problem and fixing the several outlets which were out of order in my backyard.

The services were also reasonable priced and rendered professionally.

After consultation with Sean and Garrett, hired them to install 9 recessed lights in our master bedroom and small office room, including 2 switch changes, and ran a hot wire for a remote-operated fan (husband will install later). Sean and Garrett offered great tips/suggestions and conferred about some finer points of the installation. Garrett did the actual install and worked very diligently throughout the day. We're very pleased with the outcome and the turn-around time - 2 days from initial call to final install!
