Sean was honest with the service and pricing. He was kind and nice to my little children. He had explained everything to my husband and I better than 5 other companies we tried to consider. He was patient and helped us understand the potential of future projects we would need to consider before moving forward with them.

I had two ceiling fans installed upstairs recently by Sean and his two assistants he was training. My husband and I will plan to add the crystals ourselves as initially planned. I only thing that was hard was how busy he is, but I'm glad he's training more people to help grow his business. Thank you for your help. I would recommend them for electrical services and will contact them again for future projects.

I appreciate the quick response! Brian is a courteous and knowledgeable technician. He changed out our recess lighting for us and switched out a light switch in our laundry room. He gave us options and was upfront about everything. Work was great and cost was great. I recommend him.

Two stars for leaving me hanging and wasting my time. We spoke, aligned on service and price and also agreed on day of service. After all day, I never heard back and no one came to do the job. On the bright side, I ended finding another company that was very responsive and ended up doing the job for a much better price. Thanks for helping me find my now, go-to electrician (which isn't Duke Electric).

I'm planning on setting up a 75 gallon aquarium in the 3rd car garage and needed and outlet installed. I spoke with Sean to schedule an appointment. Darren came by and provided me with a great and competitive estimate. He was very thorough and precise. His team members, Sterling & George, came out, installed a 20w amp & 2 outlets. All the work was completed in less than 1.5hrs.
