Needed a 50amp dedicated circuit for our spa. Called Ernie, and got scheduled fast!

Ernie, Carlos and Eddie were on time, courtesy and professional. I asked Duarte Electric to return for more electrical outlets near our spa as well. Ernie's prices are very reasonable and their work is exceptional!

It's difficult to find a company you can trust, feel confident with hiring, and who are affordable. I'm glad to have found Duarte Electric and will always give them my business with any future electrical issues!

Called him for electrical service a few months ago for one of my rental units. He said he will call me back for a date and time but I never received a phone call. If you are too busy to accept new clients or you just don't want my business, just say so and don't tell me to wait for you. Luckily I found someone who cares enough to fixed my tenant's lighting problems on the same day I called. This is an emergency so it was very unprofessional to waste our time. I told him my tenant has no electricity in the kitchen, dining room and living room. What a jerk to tell us he will get back to us and does not!

I was need of an electrician to repair a wire that was severed during a security camera install. I made a call to Duarte and told him my issue, he asked me to take a photo of the area that was in need of repair Within 10 minutes of sending the photos to Duarte he returned a quote and less then 24 hours the light was fixed. They were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with you will not be disappointed with their service.

Needed to have a nema 14-50 outlet installed for our Tesla that's arriving the next day. Ernie was able to come out on the same day and installed the outlet in about half hour. Oh my goodness what an angel Ernie is!!! I have several outdoor outlets that seemed to keep tripping post rain despite me resetting the main outlet. I asked around for quotes and people were happy to suggest $250 to do diagnostics and repair on something that could very well have been a simple solution. Ernie on the other hand, immediately when I explained the problem to him, told me that it could be a very simple solution and walked me through several steps over the phone to troubleshoot. He was so patient with my poor explanations, and he was so generous with his time over the phone. Because of his effectiveness and his own suggestion to troubleshoot on the phone with me, ultimately I don't think I need any further help as we figured it out for the time being! But I will definitely be hiring him if the outlet needs to be replaced! So grateful for his honesty and willingness to help, and he saved me from a very expensive easy fix that others were happy to charge for!
