Great price, and responded quickly. Able to install ceiling fans in two rooms, and price quoted was better then other estimates. He took the time to change the fan blade side color, and fully explained how to operate each remote control.

We just purchased an EV and needed a Nema 14-50 plug installed in our garage. We called around for quotes that seemed a bit high compared to some research I had done. Luckily, a girlfriend recommended Duarte Electric and we gave Ernie a call. Ernie is very polite and professional. He explained everything to us in great detail, and his pricing was reasonable. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived within the scheduled time frame. The installation was done in about half an hour and we're very pleased with it. He didn't leave a big mess or try to upsell anything else. It was a very positive experience.

Ernie Duarte and his team are great. A few months ago I was quoted to replace some kitchen lights that have been in my house underneath my cabinets since 2005. Outdated and burnt out. Halfway through the job, the price went up. I'm going to Be honest...I didn't want to pay more for what I considers a simple job. Howwver it was a complicated replacement that we weren't expecting and they were worth it! They showed us what was going on, direct and honest. They did an excellent job! They spent a lot of time to get my new kitchen lights completed and I would highly recommend them. I will be using their services again for more projects.

This is the second time I have contacted Duarte Electric for residential service repair. I was greeted again by a very friendly-sounding voice which I assume is Ernie but I don't know that for sure. He was able to get Eddie out to my house within a couple of hours.

Eddie, who is every bit as friendly as the voice on the phone, arrived and got right to work troubleshooting. Eddie works as though it is he who is paying the hourly rate. He wasted no time in locating the problem and repairing it.

These guys are very responsive and efficient. A real pleasure to work with.

We called on the Friday of Thanksgiving weekend. Ernie was helpful and friendly on the phone and Eddie showed up on time. Eddie troubleshooted to locate the burned out outlet and fixed it. He went above and beyond in explaining what was wrong and how to prevent future problems.

Used Ernie about 1.5 to 2 years ago for multiple electrical changes. Everything went smoothly no hitches. Called him two times for some additional electrical work this month and got no response with two calls over a two week period. Even if one is booked-up at least give the customer a call to say too busy to do your work.

Installed an EV charger outlet in our garage, and said he would come back later with the permit. He stopped responding to calls and texts and never came back with the permit. Avoid.
