She spent her childhood in east Texas and ultimately relocated to Bandera after a charming trip one year. Together, they had been in union for 23 years before launching the company. Wiley managed all of the HVAC, appliance, and water well product sales and services, while she handled all the accounting responsibilities. Putting in late evenings and time off after her primary employment, Lois D'Spain oversaw all the bookkeeping as well as financial tasks of the business.
