UPDATE 2020: We still use Driven Power Systems for our home electrical. By now they've done wiring for a hot tub. Their quotes are competitive, and we still like the owner and his employees. They're growing, so it was a little disappointing to not see the original guys come out, but we've used them at least 3 separate times now, and the owner(s) is still very involved in the day to day business.

When we got another quote it was quite comparable to Driven Power Systems, but the difference was....we could go with some no-name company that we don't know that might cut corners...or we can go with what we know works, and we trust their electric work. They know the specs and meet them. So when it came to our hot tub recently, it was not worth is to pay $50 less to go with Joe Blow working and living out of his truck. Total job cost was over $1,000.
Essentially, the price is warranted by the quality.
And they are the first we call. Simple as that.
We are not friends or acquaintances, but I have told the owner when something went well, or when there was something I saw needed improvement. And he was receptive to it.

That's why we always call Driven Power Systems first for electric work.

Customer service is bad, but you can't complain because this business doesn't really care what you think, they write back juvenile responses denying the situation and attacking the customer. I do not recommend, there are a number of better, more professional electricians in the area.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Hired them to move my pop meter in preparation for having a pool installed. Communication was great. James was on time and walked me through what they would be doing both days. On day two we were at the mercy of the county inspector and they came in the afternoon right before a line of storms was threatening to come through. James wasn't going to cut power and risk having to stop the job and leave me without power over night. Lucky storms skirted the area and they cut power and have everything moved and power back on in under two hours and just before some more rain came in. I highly recommend Power Driven Systems

They like to read messages and ignore them. And refuse to confirm appointments. Then, they think they can show up at your house whenever they feel like it and THEN give you attitude when you are not home because you never confirmed. They read my message and ignored it.
They have done this two different times. Say they will get back to me about an appointment and then ignore me. And then call saying they are on their way. It doesn't work that way. People have jobs and schedules. Highly unprofessional and rude. Would never recommend this place

Jay, Tiffany and everyone else at Driven Power have been nothing but professional, kind, and outstanding both in work quality and customer service. We have had them do everything --- from adding a W/D hookup, to a complete rewire on our 70+ yo home --- and could NOT be happier with this company!!

Great service. The tech arrived pretty early and even waited about 10 minutes for me to get to my house. He did a great job of fixing my outlet and even took the time to explain to me what was wrong. Recently I had a partial power failure at my home. Duke Energy inspected the meter and determined there was damage to the wire. We were left with half power, no A/C. My wife, Holly contacted Driven Power Systems Based solely upon their online reviews. She spoke to the owner, James Webb as well as his wife, Tiffany. They were professional and empathetic to our problem. James came to my home to evaluate the problem. He loaned us a portable A/C to get us through the night. The repairs were completed the following day without a hitch. I would highly recommend Driven Power Systems to anyone who is in need of an electrician. Driven Power Systems are PHENOMENAL!
Tiffany and James Webb are very compassionate and go above and beyond to fulfill and satisfy their customers needs.
I reached out to them to have some electrical work done and they responded very quickly and had their team at my property the next day! They did exactly what needed to be done and never tried to up sell but instead simply kept me informed with anything they noticed during the job and offered to give a quote if interested. They even took the time to help me in resolving another unrelated issue that came up with my property. I would HIGHLY recommend you stop looking further and give them a call!
