Braden, Caden, Erik, Brad & Will are the best! They did such quality work installing several light fixtures, changing speakers to lights, replacing ceiling fans, and installing ceiling fans from recessed lighting. Driven Power Systems provided exceptional service to me, from the quick response by Tiffany in getting a date set up for an in-home estimate, to the installation of much-needed recessed lighting in my Pinellas Park home. Being sight-impaired, I have a LOT of lighting needs plus small issues like switching to GFCI and a couple outlets not working properly. James did a thorough, accurate estimate and gave me useful ideas. The company was 100% on-board with me splitting my expensive project into 2 phases. Phase one was beautifully completed by Joshua (whom I will request for Part 2. He has a wonderful, patient, respectful style interacting with the guys who were assisting him - that really stood out to me.) 16 new recessed lights were installed, I got a bit of a volume discount, they were quick and efficient and the guys cleaned up nicely afterwards. Half of my home is now no longer dark and cave like. I can't wait to complete all my lighting projects in Oct and I highly recommend Driven Power Systems.

I've used James and his team for a few minor fixes and additions to my home, as well as a major lighting upgrade in my garage.

Ran into a few snags regarding the hardware that I ordered for the garage, but they kept at it till it was perfect and I love the result.

James has been out to my home a few times, going over options and pricing out what I want, has made great suggestions and has never tried upselling me on anything I don't need.

He and the rest of the team have always been courteous, professional and have always arrived right on time.

Lastly also a shout out to Tiffany on the phones, she's made every interaction great right out of the gate and I appreciate her cheerful and bubbly attitude. Starting things out right goes a long way.

They'll have plenty more business from me coming their way.

Highly recommended! We *finally* upgraded our living room lighting! Our 1970 house didn't have any overhead lighting, so we've had this dang ikea lamp for YEARS! We were so tired of it! The new lights are dimming and the switches work with Alexa!

Driven power was able to quote us and complete the job within a week! The team was very professional, and very knowledgeable. They trouble-shot our wonky 1970 wiring, so that everything works seamlessly. Really nice guys, I enjoyed chatting with them, and they cleaned everything up. They finished the job in 1 hour less than was quoted.

They also noticed I have a new electric panel (it's about 6 years old) turns out I should have hired driven power, their price was about 1/3 less than what I paid!

I will definitely hire them in the future, whether for my home or business.

UPDATE 2020: We still use Driven Power Systems for our home electrical. By now they've done wiring for a hot tub. Their quotes are competitive, and we still like the owner and his employees. They're growing, so it was a little disappointing to not see the original guys come out, but we've used them at least 3 separate times now, and the owner(s) is still very involved in the day to day business.

When we got another quote it was quite comparable to Driven Power Systems, but the difference was....we could go with some no-name company that we don't know that might cut corners...or we can go with what we know works, and we trust their electric work. They know the specs and meet them. So when it came to our hot tub recently, it was not worth is to pay $50 less to go with Joe Blow working and living out of his truck. Total job cost was over $1,000.
Essentially, the price is warranted by the quality.
And they are the first we call. Simple as that.
We are not friends or acquaintances, but I have told the owner when something went well, or when there was something I saw needed improvement. And he was receptive to it.

That's why we always call Driven Power Systems first for electric work.

Customer service is bad, but you can't complain because this business doesn't really care what you think, they write back juvenile responses denying the situation and attacking the customer. I do not recommend, there are a number of better, more professional electricians in the area.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Hired them to move my pop meter in preparation for having a pool installed. Communication was great. James was on time and walked me through what they would be doing both days. On day two we were at the mercy of the county inspector and they came in the afternoon right before a line of storms was threatening to come through. James wasn't going to cut power and risk having to stop the job and leave me without power over night. Lucky storms skirted the area and they cut power and have everything moved and power back on in under two hours and just before some more rain came in. I highly recommend Power Driven Systems
