If you encounter electrical issues, you need the confidence of a professional who will troubleshoot your issue and get your service back to operational as soon as possible. We steer clear of flat rate billing. Flat rate pricing is designed to ensure that the service provider is properly compensated, rather than the customer. For instance, if our flat rate to install your main breaker panel is $1,800 and it requires only half the time, you are the one who pays more. Flat rates are determined to cover the worst-case scenario to ensure the contractor profits. Although it might appear fair, if your situation do not require a worst-case scenario, there’s no reason for you to pay for it. Our invoicing is based on actual job costs with a just markup and tax. You receive the service you deserve and we are compensated for what we deserve.

Our business was purchased in the fall of 1999 from Ronald Terry Electric, Inc. We rebranded in January 2012 to our current name. We specialize in home, commercial, and industrial work.

Our owner, Greg is a Morgan County native and the last-born son of David and Wonda Dobbs. He grew up in a building family, as his father was involved in the construction industry in North Alabama for over four decades plus. In the time leading up to purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, Greg was employed one of the largest industrial electrical contractors in the area. His experience included work as an industrial electrician in high voltage, PLC programming, and systems design. As he concluded his time with the company, he served as the lead electrical estimator. Greg has also worked the steel industry, the automotive industry, aerospace, copper production, consumer goods manufacturing, food and grain processing, the chemical processing and film industry, cryogenics, and the tech industry. With such a diverse experience from practical experience to supervisory roles, it was a natural progression for him to start his own business.
