Excellent service, even better response time!. I had a pressing issue with two GFCIs on the outside of my house, and both were causing serious problems with other outlets in line behind them.

I called on a Tuesday at 3p , and a tech was at my house the next morning, on-time, as scheduled. He was knowledgeable and honest, in an area where many homeowners lack knowledge...often we are dependent upon what the expert's say, and that can often translate into a very expensive bill.

While no two problems are alike, in my case the tech was in and out in a couple of hours. Everything works great; disaster avoided, and the bill was very reasonable (under $240).

Highly recommend Dial One. They now have a customer for life.

Recently, we had called Dial One Electrical for a circuit breaker installation. Electrician Jamie arrived right on time and did very neat job. Jaime has good understanding of electrical systems and provided very professional service to us. Also, Jaime is very respectful and decent person. Tina was also very quick, prompt and polite while answering the calls and organized all the things very professionally.

We've had two Dial One electricians out to our home in the past year. The first was to deal with an overloaded switch (thanks to the previous homeowner who loved to DIY but didn't quite DI- correctly). This morning, Jaime Gonzales stopped by to help us replace the ballasts in our large kitchen light fixture. They schedule him to stop by at 7 AM on his way to another job before their offices even open. He was right on time and finished up in under 45 minutes. We really appreciate Dial One's customer service and professionalism.

In Austin it is hard to find a great electrician that will come out within a day too!

Exceptionally prompt and amazing service from Jaime! I had an outdoor light that had grounded out! Jaime explained what had happened and fixed the issue quickly! Because I changed the bulbs to LED, Jaime graciously offered to change the rest of the bulbs! He was so service-oriented that I am going to have him come back out to help with my next project for which he gave me a very fair estimate of the time it would take for the job!! Thank you Dial One! I am glad to be a new customer!!!

We have used Dial One Electrical extensively in our office and this time I used them to install a new chandelier in my home. Jaime Gonzales came out, gave me an estimate and scheduled me for a few days later to do the install.
When the time came, he showed up on time, did the work beautifully and even cleaned up the whole mess and put the furniture back in place!
He is a rock star, and once again, Dial One shows that they can be trusted to do a great job in just the way they say that they will.

Dial One Electrical Services is FANTASTIC. I was so frustrated after having to rearrange my schedule time after time to accommodate appointments for electricians to repair a ceiling fan issue in our home. 3 separate electricians came out and were unable to fix the problem until Jaime from Dial One arrived. He came, assessed the issue, returned with a new fan, installed it and was out the door in a timely manner. Great service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I would give them a zero if possible. The electrician showed up at 4 pm (we had an appointment window of 12-4) to inform me that this job would:
-Take too long to do today
-He did not have the proper equipment and
-It was a two man job

All of his excuses to NOT do ANY work in our home. Very disappointing.

They came out to install a light fixture on our second story which required two electricians. They were very professional and nice. I'm giving two stars because they did not tell me on the phone or in person that there would be a $100 charge to rent a scaffold from them. Part of the reason we hired them was because we were under the impression that they had one. The main electrician was very, very nice BUT he did chat a little too much when I'm paying $120-$180 per hour. Efficiency is best in those situations. They were also a little slow (having to go out to their truck multiple times and just a little slow overall) and it ended up taking three hours to install so a $580 bill for installing one fixture. Kind of wishing I would have come here to yelp before hiring!
