Very reliable,dependable, and qualified electricians. I own 2 hair salons, so anything electrical we call Dial 1! They are responsive and reasonable. I'm so happy we found them.

The rudest service (Jonathan) actually hung up on me and I thought we got cut off -- called him right back and he answered with "" call your own electrician and don't ever call me again""
It's day after Christmas -- and from beginning he did not want to come. Initially -- told me to call City. Then a list of questions- I got answers and called him back. Then it was we should wait -cheaper tomorrow. I told him we have an electrician we normally use -- which apparently pissed him off & he hung up on me yelling ""call YOUR electrician ""- click. I wasn't exactly sure what he said so I called back thinking we got cut off. He answered yelling "" DONT CALL ME EVER AGAIN ON THIS NUMBER"" click
Soooo - we own 20 rentals in Austin and will tell everyone we do business with to NEVER use Dial One Electrical.
IF he had done a good job, who knows -- he may have become OUR electrician from then on --& had recommendations. But I never do business with jerks.

We had a few funky lights and outlets that just didn't seem to work right. He fixed everything without any trouble at all and turned out it was the light bulbs that made me think we had issues so he fixed the switches to match the bulbs. Very friendly and professional. Very happy with the service and would recommend

I'm so glad I found Dial One. They were prompt in scheduling an appointment, and they have affordable prices (way better than most other local companies I called). Jamie Gonzales did our services today and he was very professional and got the job done correctly and efficiently. He also helped answer some random electrical questions I had about things around the house. We'll be using Dial One again for sure.

I was Very Impressed with fast service. The tech Jaimie was very respectful and wore his mask. He was very knowledgeable and quick and precise with his diagnosis and solved my problem with no issues. These guys are frankly the best in the business!! Very timely, prompt and friendly. Jaime came by and quickly tended to all my requests which included swapping switches, installing a light fixture and helping to raise a chandelier. Highly recommend!!

I called Dial One this morning with, what to me was an emergency call for a hot water tank. Tom came promptly and was able to re-wire our burned thermostat. I did not have to call the plumber back - we will have hot water in a matter of hours. I am so impressed that we were able to get this taken care of before noon, on a Friday no less! Tom exceeded our expectations and we are definitely loyal Dial One customers! Thanks Tom!!
