DeSear Electric was founded by James DeSear in the year 1976. His son Chad joined the family business as an adult and expanded it in 2007 by adding DeSear Air Conditioning. Proudly serving the local community, they now have a team of many exceptional, licensed HVAC and electrical professionals.

Chad became part of DeSear Electric alongside his father at the age of 18. He always felt a deep connection to the family business. His dedication to Naples drove him to aim for excellence in serving the local area. Chad places great importance on providing exceptional customer service and truthful evaluations. In 2007, he expanded the business to include a team of fully qualified HVAC technicians for DeSear Air Conditioning.
