James DeSear established DeSear Electric in 1976. In 2007, Chad joined the family business and broadened its scope by launching DeSear Air Conditioning. They take pride in serving the local community and now employ many skilled, licensed HVAC and electrical technicians.

At 18, Chad joined his father at DeSear Electric. Chad has always been passionate about being part of the family business. Chad's affection for Naples inspired him to provide the best service possible to the community. Chad places great importance on providing exceptional customer service and truthful evaluations. In 2007, he expanded the business to include a team of fully qualified HVAC technicians for DeSear Air Conditioning.
