James DeSear established DeSear Electric in 1976. Chad, his son, became part of the family business upon reaching adulthood and in 2007, he expanded it by introducing DeSear Air Conditioning. They are dedicated to the local community and currently employ numerous experienced and certified HVAC and electrical technicians.

Chad became part of DeSear Electric alongside his father at the age of 18. Being involved in the family business was always a strong desire for him. His love for Naples motivated him to serve the area to the best of his ability. Chad places great importance on providing exceptional customer service and truthful evaluations. In 2007, he grew the business by incorporating a team of qualified HVAC technicians for DeSear Air Conditioning.
