James DeSear established DeSear Electric in 1976. Chad, his son, became part of the family business upon reaching adulthood and in 2007, he expanded it by introducing DeSear Air Conditioning. They take pride in serving the local community and now employ many skilled, licensed HVAC and electrical technicians.

At 18, Chad joined his father at DeSear Electric. He always felt a deep connection to the family business. His dedication to Naples drove him to aim for excellence in serving the local area.
