In 1976, James DeSear founded DeSear Electric. His son Chad joined the family business as an adult and expanded it in 2007 by adding DeSear Air Conditioning. They take pride in serving the local community and now employ many skilled, licensed HVAC and electrical technicians.

At 18, Chad joined his father at DeSear Electric. Being involved in the family business was always a strong desire for him. Chad's affection for Naples inspired him to provide the best service possible to the community. Delivering outstanding customer service and honest assessments is crucial to Chad. In 2007, he grew the business by incorporating a team of qualified HVAC technicians for DeSear Air Conditioning.
