DeSear Electric was founded by James DeSear in the year 1976. In 2007, Chad joined the family business and broadened its scope by launching DeSear Air Conditioning. They are dedicated to the local community and currently employ numerous experienced and certified HVAC and electrical technicians.

At 18, Chad joined his father at DeSear Electric. He always felt a deep connection to the family business. His love for Naples motivated him to serve the area to the best of his ability. Chad places great importance on providing exceptional customer service and truthful evaluations. In 2007, he expanded the business to include a team of fully qualified HVAC technicians for DeSear Air Conditioning.
