Mr. Chan showed up very promptly as we planned our appointment. He is very professional and friendly that completed my request so efficiently. He also resolved my additional task very patiently which other electrician can not even locate the problem. He is awesome and I highly recommend him if you need a high quality electrician to get your job done! His price is also very reasonable.

While vacuuming the light by door flickered and the outlet went out. Then two light switches didn't work anymore and we tried to reset the circuit breaker and still didn't work. I sent out a Yelp a quote and many responded. Hancok had a very direct/ clear answer of cost. He did a thorough explanation of what may or may not be. I explained what happened and he said sounds like a simple fix. He said he can leave right away to me. He came from an hour away! Power shoot and knew the problem after 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Nice guy. Definitely recommend

Thorough, efficient, prompt and courteous--we were really happy with the service provided and highly recommend Hancock.

Hancock added an outlet to our water closet for a bidet seat, and the job was done neatly and quickly--took about 15-20 minutes.

Communication with Hancock was easy; he was very thorough with his questions prior to coming out. He provided us with options given our layout and explained implications and pricing. What we appreciated the most was Hancock's customer service; he was always polite and pleasant.

Hancock was fast to respond. His communication was very clear and prompt via Yelp messaging. He showed up the next day on time, installed 3 8ft LED lights along with metal conduits + string lights for me. Hancock was also very nice to answer all my random questions about electric work in the garage. He did a great job and his price is reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Hancock from Den Electric came over to install an outlet in my garage so I can charge my Electric Vehicle.

Upon initially reaching out, he was immediately communicative. He answered every one of my upfront questions thoroughly, quoted a price range over Yelp Chat, shared his license number (so I could look it up), and was forthcoming about his schedule. Due to his responsiveness, articulateness, honesty, price, and availability, I made the decision to hire him.

When he came out to do the work (on time), he was quick doing it. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it, too.

Also seemed like a nice guy -- easy to get along with and talk to. Didn't seem to mind me glaring at him from the other side of the garage.

He accepted payment over Venmo. I paid him after I verified his work was functioning as promised.

It's now been a week and everything is still working just fine.
