As an employee, I faced two major issues that made work challenging. One issue was feeling underappreciated, and the other was being part of a company that didn't invest in me. Adding to my frustration, I was capable to lead the company. This leads me to my second point: I felt uneasy about overcharging customers. I realized customers could get a better deal and product. One morning, I made the decision to not return to work and founded DeLion in 2014. DeLion Electrical Contractors stands for providing service with transparency.
