As an employee, I faced two major issues that made work difficult. One issue was feeling stretched thin, and the other was being part of a company that didn't invest in me. To make things worse, I was qualified to manage the company. This brings me to my next point: I felt uncomfortable overcharging clients. I understood that clients could have found a better price and product. One day, I chose not to go back to work and started DeLion in 2014.
