BEWARE: A real rookie mistake or maybe not? These technicians are not trained very well. Del-Air technicians had missed diagnosed the problem by assuming my blower motor was bad due to not first verifying 24v low voltage coming out from the system control circuit board before actual testing the blower motor (a new hire checked high voltage side only). Also, the technician's Universal ECM Motor tester and any other similar ECM motor testers states in their user manuals that if the motor runs, then the motor and ECM module are both good! NOT bad! Duh! Apparently, the technician did not read his user guide for his new test tech toy. The problem was NO/ZERO low voltage (24v) power to the blower motor to start it which in my case comes from the system control circuit board was bad and not the ECM blower motor as it was completely missed diagnosed by the Del-Air service technicians! Try to charge me $900 for new motor. Lots of stress, research & learning and no air conditioning for three days. Please, do NOT call or use these Del-Air clowns. You have been warned.

First of all, I have been a DelAir customer since 2016 for my HVAC system. A couple months ago I contacted DelAir asking to get an estimate for some electrical work. The service rep took my information and told me that she ""would get back to me."" No one ever did, and I then contacted Kincaid Electrical who performed the needed service within a couple days.
Today I contacted DelAir to have someone come out an give me an estimate for a new water heater. I was told that ""someone will be out today between 12 and 5."" No one showed up- not even the courtesy of a phone call.

Called at 10:00 am and a tech, Kyle was here at noon. Professional and friendly. Del-air & Kyle exceeded my expectations!!!

I would never use del-air again until you get better service man who accurate look at the whole A/C and not just unscrew and screw the back of my A/C and tell me I need a motor before he could look at the recent of the unit. I believe your company owe me a refund because your service man stayed a whole 24 minutes and charge me $99 and for him to tell me he don't have change to give me my change back or send me a service man that knows how to work.

Maintenance plans are affordable. Just be careful if the upsell when they go in for their regular maintenance

We have had issues with the service with Del Air previously but chose to give them a second chance. Last night our air conditioning went out again, and after speaking with the customer service team an appointment was made for this morning from 10AM- noon. It is now past 3:30 PM & we have not seen or heard from them. Understanding delays can happen, communication is key.

Absolutely the worst! Two weeks of trying to get my unit fixed and their untrained staff made it worse. Days without air. No one comes when they say they will, inaccurate notes on problems and the list goes on. No one returns your calls. A total lack of customer service and support. Do not use them.

Brand new unit in our brand new house we bought in Oct of 2022. 7 times Del air has been out to NOT fix the problem. Last time they said there was no leak but the tech had to put in 9lbs of freon and charge the system. So they lie and don't fix anything. If your not on a warranty do NOT deal with this non responsive company! They DO NOT care about the customer!! 90°In my house and was told we will get to you in 5 days! HORRIBLE COMPANY AND SERVICE! DO BETTER DEL AIR!!

This company used to be great. They installed our AC unit when we had the house built. Called them out a few times over the years and their technicians were always great. Now they send out two guys, an engineer and a sales person and they'll put whatever pressure they can on you to sign up for services you don't want or need. The sales person even went to our neighbor's house completely unsolicited because we mentioned he'd had some similar issues with his unit in the past.

Paid them to install a brand new unit. I had nothing but issues with it since day 1. Drain plubing was done half assed and caused me to have to wet vac it once a week. After 13 months it stopped working. Called them out and they said a coil popped, would not warranty thier work, charged me 2000 dollars to fix even though it was under manufacture warranty. A year later a condenser fan went bad. I called them to fix it and they gave me a 10hr window wait time. Didn't show or call at all, did that 3 days in a row. On the 3rd day they came out and said ""yes it's the fan"" but they want 600 dollars in just labor to fix it. I called 4 other ac companies and all said that is a 150 dollar job. I ended up going and buying a fan for 130 dollars and putting it in myself, was a 30 min job for an unexperienced home owner. STAY AWAY.
