Brand new unit in our brand new house we bought in Oct of 2022. 7 times Del air has been out to NOT fix the problem. Last time they said there was no leak but the tech had to put in 9lbs of freon and charge the system. So they lie and don't fix anything. If your not on a warranty do NOT deal with this non responsive company! They DO NOT care about the customer!! 90°In my house and was told we will get to you in 5 days! HORRIBLE COMPANY AND SERVICE! DO BETTER DEL AIR!!

This company used to be great. They installed our AC unit when we had the house built. Called them out a few times over the years and their technicians were always great. Now they send out two guys, an engineer and a sales person and they'll put whatever pressure they can on you to sign up for services you don't want or need. The sales person even went to our neighbor's house completely unsolicited because we mentioned he'd had some similar issues with his unit in the past.

Paid them to install a brand new unit. I had nothing but issues with it since day 1. Drain plubing was done half assed and caused me to have to wet vac it once a week. After 13 months it stopped working. Called them out and they said a coil popped, would not warranty thier work, charged me 2000 dollars to fix even though it was under manufacture warranty. A year later a condenser fan went bad. I called them to fix it and they gave me a 10hr window wait time. Didn't show or call at all, did that 3 days in a row. On the 3rd day they came out and said ""yes it's the fan"" but they want 600 dollars in just labor to fix it. I called 4 other ac companies and all said that is a 150 dollar job. I ended up going and buying a fan for 130 dollars and putting it in myself, was a 30 min job for an unexperienced home owner. STAY AWAY.

We had Del Air come out because our old unit wasn't heating very well. long story short we had to buy a new unit. We were promised this unit would cool up to a 5 bedroom home. It doesn't even cook our small 3 bedroom home.
We've made several calls and they've come out twice and our brand new unit still isn't right. my husband is still trying to contact them and they won't return our calls. so fed up with this company and their shotty work.
Do not use Del Air because they do not call you back.

had them install a new unit at my parent's house 1yr. 3mo. ago and the unit stopped blowing cold air. del-air are trying to charge me $1500 for labor to replace a faulty part in the unit under manufacturer warranty. sounds like they are charging me for the part and labor. $1500 dollars, that's a quarter of what I paid for the unit and installation. This is not rite.

I had del-air come to fix a over flow of my air conditioner. They came back four time for the same problem and charged me each time for the service call $112 each time plus they put things in that I didn't need when they finished it cost me $2500 and it still not fixed. So I called a private own company he made one cut and it worked no more leaks and he charged $60. I would never deal with del-air again. I am writing this to keep people from getting scammed so please be careful

Thought I would give Del Air a 2nd chance. What a mistake. Called on a Friday at 4:30. Had my new unit stop working and note Del Air sold and installed the system less than 2 years ago. They told me the couldn't do anything for me until Monday. This is the worst company you ever want to deal with. They will not get another chance with me.

I've been a loyal Del-Air customer for over 5 years and when I asked them to install a smart thermostat on a regularly scheduled maintenance visit, the price quoted was $200.
Considering they would already be at my property that seems a bit excessive. I'll be looking for a new service company.

Had a replacement 3.5 ton installed by JD & William they did an excellent job started at 9 o'clock in the morning and finished at 4:30 in the afternoon have a brand new carrier unit installed they did a great job and were very professional cleaned up everything! Would strongly recommend them!
