BUYER BEWARE! They will sell you a bad unit and not take responsibility. I had a unit installed on June 7th the outdoor unit makes a a beeping noise intermittently they have replaced parts in a brand new unit and the noise continues throughout the night! Customer service has been terrible nothing has been done they have had technicians here twice to fix the issue they keep ordering more parts for a brand new unit. They have taken no accountability and the customer service has been awful they are in no rush to fix a defective unit! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY go where they care about there customers. RUN and run fast! NIGHTMARE experience I was patient after the first week but have lost all patience with the lack of customer service!

I am just trying to get my 2 units that were installed in 2014 to have their annual maintenance done. The maintenance is required in order for the extended warranty to be honored. Go figure...pay more money in order to make sure the money that you already paid up front for warranties is honored .

This is day 2 of waiting for a tech to come by. On June 10, i was promised a tech would come by after 4pm. I got the call at 830pm that they would like to reschedule. Your website (and another representative who i talked with at 550pm) proudly states Del Air is open 24/7.

The 830pm rep, Raj, assured me that someone will be available at 6pm the following day, June 11. Here it is 730pm on June 11 and still no tech.

Why even make appointments? This is ridiculous and unprofessional. If it wasnt for the extended warranty stipulation (God knows that they will be quick to not honor the warranty if i dont get the annual service), i would probably go with another company.

We have been customers of Del air for 10 years. We purchased 3 new central units 2016. Our main unit broke down Thursday. I called them 8 AM and requested service. They told me they could not be here for 7 to 10 days. I told them we were long time customers and had just bought 3 new units and that our house was 82 degrees.
She said sorry we can't help you. We are too busy and just got 500 service calls.

What a way of treating loyal customers.

Bought a new house in Orlando a bit over a year.
Summer kicked-in in May and I had to call Del-Air because the AC was running 24/7 and couldn't get the temp any lower than 79deg.
A very cocky guy came out just to tell us everything is ok with the AC.
We had to run the AC full blast all summer...
Same thing this year, summer is here and the AC just can't keep up with the heat inside.
My neighbor is an AC guy and he showed me that Del-Air installed a lot smaller unit than it was needed. OUTRAGED!!!!
Called Del-Air again explained the situation, just to get a rude operator on the line telling me I have to pay $79 for the service call... ARE YOU SERIOUS?????
Fing scammers!!!! If you have a chance stay away from them!

I bought a New home in Orlando by a well known "" Luxury Builder.."" Del air did the installation on two AC units and I regret them using Del Air...Their TERRIBLE! They issue a""10 year warranty...""Their abysmal warranty only covers parts and not labor...They give you the part and overcharge you on the labor...They charged me $600.00 for less than a hours work...Their warranty is useless! My home is less than 5 years old and parts are failing already!
Their call center is the WORST in the business and their rude to the customer...If you are building a new home BEWARE of Del Air! Insist on a reputable company that you can count on...They cannot handle the work they take and the customer suffers...These guys are NOT worthy of the business they have...My $500,00.00 investment in my home doesn't deserve a 2nd rate company like Del Air and you investment doesn't either...These guys are ripping people off on labor to cover their fake warranty! I have already discussed this with the builder and complained, next I will go to the manufacture of the product they sell...
If your building a home or buying a AC unit stay clear of this company you will be glad you did!

When I bought my home, the builder has Del-air put in the AC. I decided to use them for the replacement of the system. I asked for the system to be balanced and they said I had to wait until it got hotter. I waited and scheduled to have it balanced. Now they want $400 to balance it. Would not recommend this company as you can not trust what they say. They sent someone out and all he did was increase the fan speed. Do not use this company.

Last night my AC went out so I called Del-Air. They wanted to send someone out at 10:30 but it wasn't hot out so I said the next day would be ok. Today Jonathan showed up on time, extremely professional and got my unit working properly in no time. I want the owners to know how well he represents the company, he's really great. The price was excellent and service was even better. I'll definitely be using Del-Air for all my HVAC needs. Thank you Jonathan you rock!!!

Have Del Air Contract but last night was unable to get through to anyone (5:50 p.m. -on hold for over 1 hr) finally called Mills Air and they had a service technician at my home in less 45 minutes. I guess when it come to good customer service Mills Air is the answer. Sorry Del. JWolters 4/3/19

I had Del-Air install a new AC unit (inside and outside) 4 years ago. Within the first 13 months a part broke. Tech came out and wanted to charge me for it. Del-Air worked with me and covered the part under a warranty. I was thankful for that.
Here we are 3 years after that and now the part is bad again, and I find out the reason this is happening is because my duct work can't handle the 4ton unit. The duct work is only for a 3ton. Del-Air NEVER informed me that I should have new duct work in order for the AC unit to work correctly. I'm disappointed that this has happened, as I now have to pay out more money for a unit that is only 4 years old to work correctly. This should have been taken care of 4 years ago. I'm not in the AC business to know all the ins / outs of the AC unit. It's like buying a car and thinking it has everything you need only to find out that you are missing the engine.
If you decide to use this company, make sure you ask questions on things they should be telling you.
