I am so grateful to Doron at D & D electrical. I blew a few fuses after hours, and he talked me through it, and got my lights back on without coming out to my house, and for no charge. He just wanted to help me, and he did. I will definitely use D & D the next time I need and electrician.

I've had Doron out a few times and the work has always been good and the prices pretty good. (You get what you pay for... don't look for the cheapest price when having electrical work done in your home!)

I finally decided to write this overdue Yelp review because today really stood out. Doron did not come out himself (as he did in past visits) but his guys were really great. They showed up early (but not too early) and with great attitudes. It's amazing how many service companies will send out people with crappy attitudes... these guys were nice and seemed happy to be there, got to work immediately, did good, clean work and swept up when they were done.

There's always a temptation for workers in these situations to get the job done as quickly as possible and get out. These guys were quick but they took the time to say, ""do you like the outlet here?"", ""we can make it a little lower if you want"". They were installing a 220 outlet for my Electric Vehicle charger... they really only needed to be concerned with the outlet... that's where their contracted work ended... but then they took the time to see where the charger would sit/hang and then fasted the charger to the wall and fastened the beefy charger cord to the wall so that it looked, you know, ""installed"" and not just hanging there.

I thought the price was right, too... $450 for materials/labor (not including actual EV charger) to run the conduit from the panel (outside the garage) to the new outlet (inside the garage). But the actual work is only part of the story. Doron was out the same day I first called, to give an estimate. His office (and he) followed up two times to see when my new charger was going to arrive (I bought it on Amazon), scheduled the work within a day or two of it arriving, called the night before to confirm the appointment. Just another good experience with this company.

Communication was tops. Doron kept me informed throughout the project. I had a 200 Amp Panel installed to replace my old 100 Amp Panel. The work was very well done. The stucco was done very well. The crew was professional & efficient & cleanup was done well. Pricing was discussed before, during and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend D&D Electrical for any electrical work. Thanks Doron.

Doron and his great, highly-professional crew moved & replaced our old & failing circuit breaker panel with a brand new one. His guys are first-rate: professional, extremely courteous (& punctual!), they do meticulous work, and clean-up after themselves. Doron carefully explained the whole job, he warned me the city may require us to move our circuit panel from one side of the house to the other--turns out, he was right. (Lots of arcane building and safety code.) However, the job is being done strictly to code, and I am sure will pass inspection with flying colors. (Attaching a picture of the work still-in-progress.) Doron was a pleasure to deal with, as was Nicole in his office, who kept us posted about all appointments and city inspections. He quoted us a fair price and stuck to it, no surprises.

Before leaving, Doron's guys checked every switch and outlet to make sure everything is working. A new circuit breaker panel is a bit of an investment, but it's worth it--and worth doing to code--to insure the safety of your home and family. I have great confidence in the professional work of Doron and his team!

I sent them all the pictures and all the information needed. They came to my house an hour and 20 minutes late, informed me 6 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. Came and told me that they didn't have the tools needed.

Wasted my 3 hours today.

Very simple. Scheduled a tech to come to the house to fix an outlet. Was told the tech would be there between 1-3 PM. Adjusted my work schedule in order to be home during those hours. We called at 2:30 to see the ETA and were informed by the tech that our call wasn't booked and he couldn't make it that day. To be fair, he offered us a $10 discount on his next visit.

However, there will never be a next visit. You don't screw your customers like that.

My moto with home improvement projects is: ""Do it once but do it right."" I feel with D&D Electric, they really did it right! Doron rewired my entire house (it was knob and tube and a fire hazard). He also wired my garage. I cannot say enough great things about his communication skills, professionalism, reasonable price, and most of all, the flawless and excellent work. His standards are very high and he aims for perfection. The city inspectors were extremely impressed and that is saying a lot. The plaster contractor was also very impressed and complimentary of the fact that Doron and his crew did the minimal amount of damage as possible. I would very highly recommend D&D Electric for any electrical work. Especially with something like electric work, you want to make sure you hire the best. I am convinced I made the smartest decision hiring D&D Electric. If you hire them you will not be disappointed!!
