Bathroom Remodel! David and his amazing crew recently remodeled my bathroom and extended the tile flooring into the large master bedroom and long hallway. The work on this project was completed in total excellence. The crew came everyday and there were no issues that they couldn't come because they were splitting time between other projects. David always called if there was any issues and never avoided the subject, or If there were any delays because of deliveries (we only had one small delay). David is a proper businessman and handles his customers with amazing customer service. His crew was well trained and did a fabulous job. His charges were better than other estimates and stayed within that budget. I'd would highly recommend David to anyone

I had a great experience with this company. David promptly returned my initial call, scheduled an appointment to provide a quote, arrived on time, and took the time to look over everything I wanted, offer suggestions, and answer questions. Quotes were very reasonable, and they began working when promised, and actually completed the job a little early. The crew that did the work were very professional and did a great job. As with any project, a couple things popped up after completion, and they promptly came out and took care of the issues. I am very happy with my replaced ceiling and new ceiling fan as well as the new bathroom tile and a multitude of other little projects they took care of. The results look great, and I have had no issues with any of the work they did.

I had a giant wall easel custom made and installed. My concern was the weight and added weight that would be on it. It was very important that it be properly secured to the wall. Jose and Tony installed the easel and reassured me that this would hold up and gave me confidence in the project. They were polite, professional and even though it was 100 degrees outside during the install they had a great attitude. Would totally hire them again for any projects. The consistent communication leading up to this project was amazing. David made it work for our schedule.

Dave has done work on my house several times and I have always been happy with his work. First he was a foreman working for a contractor we had selected to do our kitchen remodel. While the contractor himself was nothing spectacular, Dave came through with high quality work and great suggestions. That's why I kept his contact info. When it came time to correct a couple of mistakes the original contractor let slip through, I called Dave back to handle the job. He came in and replaced our granite and raised our cabinets to the height they needed to be. He was easy to work with and even though as always there were schedule challenges, Dave stepped up and made things go smoothly. Dave is my first choice when I need work done on my house and will be calling him back again.

From the cabinets to the counters, from the planning out of each little thing to adding specifics, he outdid himself once again! We cannot recommend Dave Songer Company highly enough for any project large or small. For years now, Dave and crew have been completing jobs at our home like drywall repair after several shower leaks causing damage to our downstairs ceiling, slab leak drywall repair, and installing doors, etc. Dave always returns calls promptly, shows up on time, listens to exactly what you want to be completed, maintains a clean work environment both before, during, and after the project is complete, and the most important thing of all he does extremely high-quality work for a very reasonable price. Because of our previous great experiences with Dave, we decided to have Dave both frame our office and remodel our kitchen. The office looks fantastic and we are very pleased. But, to say we are pleased with our kitchen remodel is an understatement. Dave made our kitchen absolutely beautiful. Dave went out of his way to ensure our kitchen was exactly what we wanted, worked within our budget, and answered our tireless questions with patience. What is so great about Dave is that he truly treats the project as if it was his own home. He was not satisfied unless the project met his high expectations and made any adjustments to make each piece of the project perfect. It is evident that Dave takes great pride in doing a great job and ensuring his customers get exactly what they envisioned. We plan on having him do additional home improvement projects because we have been so satisfied with the work he has done so far. We highly recommend Dave if you want a contractor that shows up, takes pride in his work, and is fairly priced. He will probably be the last contractor you ever want to hire because you will be more than pleased with the outcome.

As a construction lawyer, I think I have pretty good insight into what makes an excellent contractor and Dave and his team are one of the best. What sets Dave and his team apart from other contractors, besides their responsiveness and attention to detail, is their reliability and communication. Dave anticipated my questions and gave me regular status updates. Their demolition of our existing kitchen was extremely neat. We barely had any dust in the house. Most significantly, we had considerable delays and issues getting our appliances (no fault of anyone but the supply chain). Appliances were either on back order for months or became discontinued during construction. Throughout it all, Dave's motto was ""don't stress, we'll make it work"". And it did all work out. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and would recommend Dave and his team for any project, large or small.
