I needed someone to install a Fort Knox mailbox before the Christmas holiday. He answered my phone call right away and answered any questions that I had. He was able to make room in his schedule and install my mailbox within a week. He quoted me $150 for the install including mounting hardware. He beat every other quote I received hands down. It took 1 hour for him and his employee to take down the old mailbox and install the new one. Very satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him and his company.

Dave recently tackled a rather extensive project that included removing a large wall, relocating electrical, laying wood flooring, texturing the reconstructed walls and repainting the new, open concept room. Phenomenal job and the room looks as if it was originally constructed as an open concept. The wall texturing and painting are perfect and exactly match the original walls. I highly recommend Dave for any home remodeling project!

We just had David replace a cracked bathtub in our rental property. In addition to the bathtub needing to be replaced, the downstairs unit's ceiling needed to be repaired due to water damage. I reached out to David through Yelp and he contacted me quickly. He was able to get out to the property and give us a quote within a few days. The price was very reasonable as we did get 3 quotes. Unfortunately, David could not start our project for about a month but we actually took that as a good sign. A contractor that is booked is usually a good thing. David started on the day he told us and was on time. The project took 2 days (which is what he told us) and he did a great job. He provided updates about the project throughout the day (pictures included), which was really nice. Overall a great experience and we will definitely use him again in the future for anything we may need.

Dave was prompt, personable and accommodating. He and his team were courteous and hard-working, and they kept our house clean during construction. They refurbished our entire kitchen ceiling from an old, out-dated fluorescent flop to an updated spectacular showpiece. They completed work including electrical, drywall, texture, decorative finish and paint. They were excellent problem solvers, flexible to our requests and great at making suggestions when needed.

Very knowledgeable, hardworking guys. Replaced my wall a/c unit to upgrade to a larger unit with higher BTU output and they had to modify the drywall to make it fit. They even got the texture on the drywall to match just right!
