2 gentlemen arrived today to fix our electrical issue. They were professional, kind, patient, and honest. Our outlet wasn't working and needed replaced, they did it right away and quickly. The pricing was reasonable and fair. Overall a great first-time interaction and now we have someone to call for all of our electrical needs! Thanks Y'all :)

We had some residential drainage problems and the crew came out very quickly.
We had Eric and Joe respond to our home and they were OUTSTANDING. These two men worked as a good team and communicated every step of the way. Eric explained everything that was needed in clear and easy-to-understand language while remaining very respectful. I feel very confident in both of these men's abilities and though I hope I do not need them, I will be happy to have them out again if the need does arrive.

David Gray installed a new water heater that needed a part within a few months. They supplied the part but charged $600 for labor. Any other company has a one year labor warranty. They threatened to turn us into the credit bureau if we didn't pay.

Beware! They came to my house for a simple problem and they told me I needed all of these expensive repairs, including the replacement of my main circuit panel. I became suspicious when I read reviews about their price gouging practices. I went on the Better business Bureau website and got a referral to a BBB approved electrician. They did the job for 1/2 the price and told me that I didn't need the panel replaced along with several other things that the David Gray tech said I needed. So... BUYER BEWARE!!!

My wife paid nearly $2000 for their services to fix some things in our house. For one task, they created 2 holes, in my master bedroom wall. This was necessary for the task. They left the holes for me to close. I would never recommend their services, again.

Called to have a shower faucet installed and they quoted $1100 to get completed
I had all the parts and had removed tile etc literally all they had to do was cut a few pipes and place new ones in. Thought it would be around $400. Price gauging is what they are doing. I ended up doing it myself and saving the money. I will NEVER call them for anything again. My hard earned money isn't going to a company that over charges to that degree.

My mother only needed to stop her tank from running, which is not a hard job. You can buy the kit in Lowes. But she is in her 80s and they screwed her for 517.00!!!!
They had her sign something and said they would email a receipt of the breakdown... which they never did. Instead, they sent a list of everything they checked from hot water heater, to pipes etc etc. When they asked her if she wanted such a check- she said NO. They were nowhere except in the bathroom with the running toilet. They DID NOT check the plumbing system in her house, besides the fact that she did not want it. If you want plumbing done by people who would scam an elderly woman, then call David Gray Plumbing. I'm sure they can oblige.
