I called because I have no water in my house. They set up an appointment with a 5 hour window from 6 pm - 11 pm last night. No call and no show. This was a waste of time while I'm dealing with a very urgent matter! And waiting up late at night too for nothing.

DO NOT USE! I told this company when I called water was coming up from my bathroom floor - no visible leak! They sent a plumber out within a few days (the only good thing) only to make me waste a $49 service call and 2 days of dealing with the water leak!!!! I told the plumber I basically had diagnosed the problem myself because when I turned off my water main outside, the floor dried up. He went to my outside meter for less than 5 minutes and then told me it was ""not an active water leak"" so I could leave my water turned on but just to not use that bathroom. He also told me there was nothing he could do and referred me to a water leak detection company. So I left the water main turned on per his advice and just didn't use the master bathroom. Only to find my bathroom floor saturated again within 3-4 hours! TWO UNACCEPTABLE TAKEAWAYS: (1) When I called for a plumber and explained my situation, the company could have referred me to a leak detection at that time and saved me the wait as well as the $49 service call. (2) The plumber could have/should have watched my meter a little longer to see it was actually moving (I told the plumber when I watched my water main with a suspected irrigation system leak, it took 30-60 minutes before the numbers increased) OR he could have/should have just advised me to leave my water main turned off.

I was ran off the road by a company car and then the guy proceeded to throw hands signals very inappropriate for a business and he would've hit me if I wouldn't have swerved. I called the company and they said they would have a supervisor call me back and never did!

They sent repairman that tried to fix the Air Conditioner. Said the motor was bad so he gave me a price to try and fix it. Took the motor to the truck and upon reinstalling it inside the motor blew up like a loud firecracker and smell was awful. I guess something was wired wrong and it blew up. I contacted David Gray about the bill but I didn't get anywhere. They charged me for the service call which I agreed to pay for but also charged me for the time he spent on trying to fix it. Repairman must of not known how to fix it. Poor customer service with the service manager also. They lost a valued customer over a charge that should of not be charged. I had used them for 12 yrs.

Excellent service: their plumber looked at our refrigerator ice maker and recommended we get a new 'fridge rather than paying $$ for a repair. He also gave me invaluable information on which brands were best for trouble-free use and longevity.

On 7/31/24, Employee, Corey Carter provided good quality service in a few electrical kitchen repairs on the wall outlet and light fixtures to the roof. Corey was punctual and polite throughout the process and I also noticed that he integrated his knowledge skill sets and professionalism into his practice, effortlessly. worst service ever , I called at 7:30 was told I was 4 th in line someone would be out . not a problem I'm up late at 11:00 still no call , no show !! I called to see where I was in line maybe a job before mine took a while . oh no , I was told I wasn't on the list , gave a diff number that no one answered. so I called back . was advised that they have 24:7 service but that is just cause they have someone answering the phones 24.7 not a technician 24:7 you have to wait till business hours . well I called during business hours and you they dropped the ball. I will never use David grey or recommend them !!
