Terrible service. It was emergency for me - there was a heavy leak. I called at 8 PM, mentioned it was energency and even 1 AM no one appeared here. I called again, technician was very rude and said I could call other plumbing company. Don't call this company, it's crappy service.

They saved the day! Had a terrible experience with another company sent out by my home warranty company. I was told by my home warranty company that because they couldn't locate another contractor that I should just go to the Yellow Pages and find one. David Gray was recommended to me. They worked with me on getting the needed part (which did not fix the problem) and then came back and installed a new kitchen faucet. Technician also had to install a cold water shut-off because the builder never did. Very professional and worked quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Had David Gray install pendant lights to a non existing wired area above our kitchen bar. They drilled the holes, started the wiring from a nearby light, and patched an old light that was too close the new lights. Very pleased with the results and the patchwork is darn near perfect to our existing ceiling! Arrived on time and estimate was spot on. Very happy!

On Saturday night about 9pm,I had a plumbing emergency. I had taken a shower and found the water pooling around my ankles. when I got out ,I noticed the water had overflowed into my closet and bedroom. I assumed it was hair in the drain that had clogged and tried to remove it ... no hair to speak of needing removal . Next I tried plunging in case there was a block in the line... that did not help.
I then decided to pour vinegar and baking soda in the line once the water subsided back into the drain.....BIG MISTAKE! The drain started to bubble over discharging some small brown items from the drain ... you can guess what that was!
I called David Gray plumbing because clearly this situation could not wait until Monday to be fixed. The dispatcher took my info ,I was called back within 5 minutes, notifying me that a tech ( Erik) would be on his way to assess the problem.Erik,the tech ( a.k.a. My plumbing angel) also called me to let me know he was on his way and his.expected time of arrival.
Erik arrived and immediately got to work. It took him about an 1 1/2 hours to assess the problem, work on clearing the rather large clog that had backed up from my toilet into my shower drain( Yuck!) It was not a pretty or pleasant smelly site to fix.
Erik fixed it and then proceeded to clean up and disinfect the entire floor of my shower when he was done! Actually,he left my shower in better shape than before this clog occurred!
I am so impressed with the responsiveness of the service I received,the caliber of the tech and the peace of mind I have knowing who to call in the event of future plumbing emergencies. I highly recommend David Gray plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Chistopher from David Gray came out to our new house to look at the plumbing. We needed a letter to send to our homeowners insurance. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. The thing I appreciated most was how honest he was and how he educated me on some things I needed to know. Simple electrical fix to check out a circuit and replace GFCI outlet. Did complete job and corrected mislabeling on breaker box. Good notifications, early arrival and went right to work. Maybe a bit pricey, but so professional will use again. Highly recommend them for your household electrical projects.

I picked David Gray for my small electrical issue based on past Yelp reviews and boy was everyone right giving them 5 stars! The technicians Marty Dees and Daniel were amazing! They fixed my problem quickly but efficiently and were soooo nice and accommodating. I highly highly recommend them!

We needed to replace the drains in our two granite vessel sinks and install an instant hot water dispenser. The latter required a rerouting of the current under sink plumbing. Tommy did an outstanding work around and we were up and running in record time. The replacement drains were a whole different story. The drains were secured on the vessel bottom which was above the granite counter and the hole in the counter top was too tight around the bottom of the vessel to be able to access the inlet pipe. The result was we needed to have a granite person enlarge the counter top access hole. After that was done Tommy was able to replace the two drains with minimal effort. A great job and very hard innovative and results oriented worker.
