I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to share the great experience we had with Carlos and Dalcon. He called about 10-15 minutes before coming for our initial discussion, before providing the estimate, and on each of the days before he and his crew arrived. He and his team wore booties over their shoes while in the house, protected our furniture with plastic, kept us informed, stayed late until everything was perfect, and cleaned everything up each day. We cannot say enough about every aspect of the workmanship and Carlos' overall professionalism. Kudos on a job well done!

This is the third time Dalcon has come through for me. This time Brandin came out to install a new ceiling fan and switch out a light kit on a 30 year old ceiling fan. He worked fast, was clean, and my new fan doesn't even wobble. Thank you!

What a great experience! Chris and Josh have been rewiring our home from aluminum to copper. We had lost power to parts of our home. They discovered that there had been a small fire in our furnace and replaced the outlet so it allows higher voltage and is up to standard. They are beyond professional and explain everything in great detail. Their knowledge and workmanship is outstanding, they are a pleasure to have around, and they clean up after!

Found and booked Dalcon through Yelp, and couldn't be happier. I'm usually willing to try my own repairs around the house, but was a bit more cautious with a problem that would potentially involve rewiring and a high temperature fixture. So, even though it was a small job, Rey came out to diagnose the issue, talked me through the cause of the problem, gave me a variety of options, and volunteered to answer more questions in the future if needed. No upselling, no pressure. Nice as could be, and very professional.

A special shout out to Carlos Figueroa the technician who came out to install my light switches. He was prompt, provided excellent explanations on what he was doing and even took care of the disposal of the old light units and switches. I appreciated his honest appraisal of the work and his willingness to work with me to find a payment plan that worked out for us both. Definitely will be using their services again for all my electrical home needs!!

Carlos from Dalcon came out on a Saturday as scheduled, and diagnosed our electrical problems immediately. I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge, workmanship, and professionalism. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions, and we were left satisfied and safer! The dispatchers also were extremely responsive and efficient in setting up the appointment. We will be calling on Dalcon for our future electrical needs!

My smock detector was beeping and I tried to replace the old battery with a fresh new battery and also cleaned the detector. It didn't help. Then I called Dalton Electric and they came out on time.
It was extremely easy to communicate with a technician. He was pleasant and likable. He recommended to replace the old smoke detector, went to a store to get it, and professionally finished the job.

Dalcon strikes again! Another amazing job from Dalcon. I have worked with a couple of their electricians and only ever had amazing experiences. This time Rafael was the electrician. A consummate professional both during his visit to estimate the work and on the follow up to do the work. He set expectations and then beat them. Great communicator. Very happy with the work. Only regret is that Yelp only allows 5 stars.

Very expensive! I called because an outlet in my bathroom was not working and the fluorescent lights in the kitchen were out.Trouble shooting cost 179 Dollars, they found out a GFCI was broken, then replacement was another159 Dollars (GFCI part on Amazon 20 Dollars). LED replacement for the flourescents was another 470 Dollars (LED cost at Home Depot 40 Dollars). The lunch break took this guy longer than the actual work. Don't call these guys, save money and take your business somewhere else.
