Beware! Ridiculously expensive! Had Dalcon come out to give a quote for an EV charger installation (charger not included).

They quoted us a whopping $4,900 for the installation, and that didn't even include getting a permit. With permit, the price rose to over $6,000!!!

Other electricians quoted us $1,000, $1,400 and $1,800 respectively for the same job...

The tech who came out used a tablet with our contact info. His app oddly also listed our estimated home value, must have been plugged into Zillow. - Well, no wonder the charges are so utterly ridiculous!

And the tech didn't know which gauge 80 amp wire typically requires (he said no 6, which isn't correct).

Stay away unless you want to get robbed.

Carlos Figueroa was an excellent service technician! He called to tell me when he'd be here. He listened to find out what the problems were and he explained everything to me to that I could make an informed decision. I approved the job and he got to work. Carlos is friendly, kind and did a great job! He is exceptional at his job and I would highly recommend him!

Was looking to have a few cameras installed with new wiring and had a great experience with Dalcon. Angel came out to the do the quote and was super friendly, professional and very thorough. Estimate was very reasonable among other quotes I had received and I had a good feeling. Carlos came out to do the work and he was awesome. Super nice, very methodical about the work and cleaning up, wore shoe covers in the house, and did a great job from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Juan and a co-worker arrived within the time frame and were able to diagnose the electrical problem we have for a burnt outlet. They replaced the faulty outlet immediately within our budget. Very professional, honest and efficient staff. We highly recommend them!

I contacted Dalcon Electric for an estimate for some electrical work. They came by almost a month ago and said they would send an estimate within a week. They never sent it. I've been contacting them regularly to ask when they would send it and keep being told they will send it soon. Not sure why they wasted my time and their own, but seems pretty unprofessional to drag this out for so long, and keep saying they will send the estimate soon, but never send it

Carlos was great! We had a few things we wanted him to look at, and he was able to help us out no problem. He made recommendations and had an estimate for us within an hour. We will definitely be calling Dalcon for any future electrical work we need done.

I wasn't quite sure what I need to have done. My electric panel was very old and not up to today's standards. Ken came out and we discussed what I needed for my remodel and the state of my panel. Ken was up-front and so we decided what was needed. Delcon's electricians came out within a few days to do the work which wasn't as straight forward as it seemed. Christain and Dave were marvelous! They worked efficiently and discussed everything with me step by step. When they were finished installing the new panel and outlets, they cleaned up afterward, including patching where they had made holes to access their work. This was the best and easiest time I've had working with tradesmen. Kudos to Christian and Dave! Thanks, guys.

Kenneth, Christian, and everyone at Dalcon Electric was great to work with. I had a small job. Kenneth came the same day I called and gave me a fair estimate. Christian came back the next day and did the work, making sure that everything was working before he left. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

We had a larger electrical job completed by Dalcon. We had found some fried wires connected to our baseboard heaters--not good! We called around to several electricians for quotes, but found some didn't get back to us for a long time, others didn't answer the phone, but Dalcon responded quickly back to us and scheduled ASAP. Our technicians were: Angel S, Javier, Carlos A, and Kenneth
* Scheduling was easy, they always responded and followed through.
* Technicians came within the scheduled window, they were never late, very good to communicate, and kept us in the loop.
* The initial consultation was thorough, they explained everything, and came up with several pricing options and levels of work that we could do. (This might be helpful to some, not everyone can afford a large job at one time, but good to have it broken down to the the most pressing items).
* All technicians wore booties and were super respectful of our property. Everyone cleaned up afterwards. Workers can leave huge messes, not Dalcon! My friends were recently complaining of garbage left by a crew at their home, not these guys! Our home was left tidy.
* All the technicians worked super hard, we even wondered if they took time for lunch--they were BUSY!
* They came in marked vans, they had all the supplies and tools needed for the job. Super professional and organized. They identified themselves, which was good since there are so many scammers out there.
* They were super nice and fixed a few extra things for us. I felt they took pride in their work and made sure things were done right.
* I like that the work is guaranteed and they are not some fly by night handyman. Everything had a contract, everything was precise and updated. You could ask questions easily about your contract and the work to be done. Everything was clearly stated, no guessing work.
*They handled all the permits and inspections.
* Workers were very trustworthy and careful inside our home. With home repairs technicians come in and out, these guys were careful and respectful of our dogs and property. Feeling safe is so important, these technicians were super reliable, respectful, and professional.
