We hired Abel because portions of our house would intermittently stop having power. We tried power cycling the main circuit breaker. In the past, power cycling fixes the outage issue. However, this morning, power cycling did NOT fix the issue. Portions of the house, most importantly my office, was out of power. I am working from home, and power is crucial.

Southern California Edison's technician said that we may have to replace the main circuit breaker.

What I like about Abel is that he did not tried to sell us a replacement main circuit breaker unit. The other guys gave me a quote to replace the entire main circuit breaker, without telling me why.

Abel suggested we that may need to replace the main circuit breaker, and that what we did. Abel said that the root issue may be caused by bad wiring somewhere in one of our kitchen outlet.

I am a computer technician. I try to find the root problem. I don't just tell people they need to buy a new computer. Therefore, I appreciate Abel in that he was attempting to, and may have, found the root cause - bad wiring inside the house.

I hired Abel twice. The first job went well but the second time I hired him he left me high and dry. I hired him to remove some wiring from a wall i was removing. In doing so, he left the entire half of my living room without power. He said once the wall was removed he would come back to reconnect the power. I called him multiple times over a period of maybe 2 months. On 5 occasions, we would agree on a time and he would not show up. No reason given, no phone call. Eventually he just stopped responding to calls and texts. It is as if he felt no responsibility. In the end, I had to hire another electrician to fix a problem he created which was an additional cost to me since he never completed his job. He's lost any future business with me due to his unprofessional behavior.

He also changed up the lighting in my kitchen and replaced some outlets in my bathrooms.

Abel came to the rescue at 10pm at night. Our circuit breaker broke and he was able to fix it very quickly, at a very reasonable rate. You can tell he's a stand-up guy just by interacting with him. I will be contacting him for all my electrical repairs and modification needs. Thanks Abel!

I was VERY disappointment with this electric company. I called them because they are licensed and showed 4 1/2 stars with good reviews. I called this morning at 8:30 am and left my husband's cell number. NO RESPONSE. I called again at 9:30 am and left message to call my hubby and left his cell number. NO RESPONSE. I left them a text stating I had left two messages with no response. At 10 am I called STEVEN J CLAIRMONT ELECTRIC with 5 stars. They answered on the first ring and said they would be by in 2 hrs. They were here in 2 hrs, fixed our problems, and will come back tomorrow morning to fix our wish list of installing a new outlet in our kitchen wall! They were sooo pleasant the price was fair!! They left and as of now......NO RESPONSE from Cyclops. NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!

This is a long due review, I have been wanting to review Cyclops Electric when they first did my 200 amp panel upgrade, however I forgot to do so. I called him again to run 2 circuits and he did a great job. I am very happy with this work and most of all his personality. Very easy to work with and he is a very very good person. Does a very good job and has a great attitude and passion in the work he does. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work and would always call him for any electrical work anywhere.
