I was VERY disappointment with this electric company. I called them because they are licensed and showed 4 1/2 stars with good reviews. I called this morning at 8:30 am and left my husband's cell number. NO RESPONSE. I called again at 9:30 am and left message to call my hubby and left his cell number. NO RESPONSE. I left them a text stating I had left two messages with no response. At 10 am I called STEVEN J CLAIRMONT ELECTRIC with 5 stars. They answered on the first ring and said they would be by in 2 hrs. They were here in 2 hrs, fixed our problems, and will come back tomorrow morning to fix our wish list of installing a new outlet in our kitchen wall! They were sooo pleasant the price was fair!! They left and as of now......NO RESPONSE from Cyclops. NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!

This is a long due review, I have been wanting to review Cyclops Electric when they first did my 200 amp panel upgrade, however I forgot to do so. I called him again to run 2 circuits and he did a great job. I am very happy with this work and most of all his personality. Very easy to work with and he is a very very good person. Does a very good job and has a great attitude and passion in the work he does. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work and would always call him for any electrical work anywhere.

Great job when I was in a jam. Lost a leg of power on Christmas Eve and they came out on December 26 at 9 am, well before anyone else. Took care of my situation. Up front and fair pricing. They explained the job to be done and provided the services in an acceptable amount of time.

Called around 7:30 to request service ASAP. Had a few rooms that had lights that went out and tried everything to fix it myself. Left a message and received a call back shortly after.

They arrived around 9:30 pm and was able to fix the issue in a short amount of time. Price was reasonable especially for doing a house call at this time of the night. Will definitely use again.

No Show! made an appointment a week in advance. he did not show up nor call me to let me know whats up. If you are not going to show up, at least you should let me know. So that I can hire someone else. Irresponsible!

Update: After a few calls, he finally showed up 4.5hr passed the appointment time. The price he quoted seemed fair, so I let him start the job right away. While he was working on a ladder, he dropped a huge saw on my brand new hardwood floor, causing slight damage. I am definitely not happy about that. Out of curiosity, I checked his license number online and found out that his license actually expired 2 weeks ago. According to Contractor State License Board, Any work performed while the license is expired is considered to be unlicensed and disciplinary action can be taken against you.

Extremely satisfied and will use this company for all my future needs. Called for a same day appointment and Abel was able to complete the job timely and proficient. Explained clearly what the problem was and fixed it with ease and speed.

NO CALL, NO SHOW FOR A QUOTE!! Made an appointment, confirmed address via text, & the guy never called or showed. If he can't show up for potential business, how would he treat an actual customer? I wouldn't trust someone like that!

Able is just a all around good dude. I asked him to do some electric work for me a certain way and he would NOT do it because it wasn't by code. You gotta respect a contractor like that. I had no idea it wasn't code be he did. It cost more money because it was done by code but who wants their kids to get shocked or have their house burn down because some electrician wants to cut corners.

Having issues with a circuit breaker at my mommy's house, I searched yelp for a local electrician. Abel was courteous and professional from the get-go. He arrived within 15 minutes, solved the problem, explained the cause of the problem, and told us how to prevent the problem from happening again. I would recommend him for any project and he will be my first choice for any future electrical issues.

Very professional He came gave me a free quote which you do not find now and days and got the job done in no time I highly highly recommend Abel if you have any residential electrical problems!! He told me his motto is ""never leave your costumer without electricity"" and he did just that got the job done! Like he said he would!!
