Very pleased with their timely service. Fast and friendly. I chose them based on Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I suffered without AC thinking my the unit would cost hundreds of dollars in repairs. My bill was much less than $200 and it was only that much because the technician recommended I fix a part that could go bad in the future. I will continue to use their service in the future! Just wanted to jot down how grateful I was for CWS Services coming out and fixing my a/c at the end of July. I had gone through 3 different a/c repair companies before FINALLY finding CWS. Nathan from CWS came out, found the problem, and repaired it, no problem. I kept waiting for it to stop working again (this was my experience from the 3 prior a/c repair companies), but it is STILL working, cooling my house, reaching the target temperature and it has been almost 2 months. To top it off, I paid them less for after hour service then the other 3 during regular hours.
Nathan was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend CWS to anyone with a/c problems.

AC went out this August Texas afternoon. A call to CWS services had a couple technicians out within the hour to check out the problem. Jonathan and Steve quickly identified the problem as dead blower motor and were off to Killeen for a new motor. With new motor in hand they went to work taking apart the system and installing the new motor. In about 2 1/2 hours from the initial call we had cool air blowing again. Jonathan and Steve could not have been more pleasant and professional. I would defiantly use CWS services again.

Had CWS service A/C on my house after purchase. Crew was friendly, professional, and willing to do some additional work while they were here. Cleaned coils, recharged coolant, and installed power line for dryer. Very reasonable price, high quality work. I was very pleased with the company and highly recommend them.

I needed my kitchen chandelier replaced, and needed someone quick.. I called CWS Services, and Nathan & Zach came out to my place and did an awesome job! I was very pleased with the work they did, and their professionalism on the job.. Not too mention this was a late call and out of all the companies we called they were willing to come out on the same day. I would definitely call them again for any other services I need and I would also recommend them to anyone needing the services their company offers!

I have been calling electricians for three weeks to have an outlet installed in my utility room. I leave my information, get a promise that someone will be by a certain day/time or I will get a call back from the technician. Never happens. I found CWS Services through Yelp earlier today and submitted an online request for quote.

A phone call was returned within 2 hours.

An on-site evaluate was conducted within the next hour.

Appointment set the next business day for installation.

I used this company to have my a/c coils cleaned due to my unit leaking water onto my floor board in the house. After that the problem never went away. But long story short one of the crew members name Brian had to come out to my house on 2 different occasions late in the afternoon to find out what was going on. The 2nd time he finally did and had to do some altering of the drain pipe that this company did not install. He was happy to help me out I must add. But just wanted it to be known that this guy Brian is great and the company should know that he's a keeper!!!
