Relieved that I finally have an electrician. These people are great. I had an issue at my rental property and they knocked it out quick and at under the amount that had been quoted by other companies in the area. The tenant said Juan and Chris were really friendly and we're able to identify the cause of the issue immediately.

I highly recommend CWS Services with no reservations. My mother's home was one of many in Copperas Cove that lost power for 3+ days due to winter storms. Once power was restored, we realized there was still a partial outage in her home.
I contacted CWS through Yelp (around 6pm) and received a response within 10-15 minutes. They sent over 2 technicians (Scotty and Christian) who were very professional and friendly. They communicated what they were doing and what the cost would be. The price was very reasonable for an after hours/emergency repair and the job was completed within 2 hours of my initial contact through Yelp. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided.

Very pleased based on my one experience. I had a problem with a breaker and had called 3 other places and was repeatedly told that the next available appointment was 2 or 3 weeks out. I called CWS and they were able to come out later that day. My tenant (I wasn't there) said they were very professional and courteous. I did talk to them on the phone and they answered all my questions and explained the problem. The amount charged was very reasonable. I plan to use them soon for something else I need done.

Really great team to work with! I needed an entirely new HVac system installed and I'm really glad I called CW. Mike came out on a weekend when my old unit failed. He was literally there about an hour after I called and didn't charge an arm and a leg for an inspection and quote. That was Saturday. Wednesday he was there with the new unit and had it totally installed ( and it was a booger to get the new unit into the old units place.) in about 4 hours. Fantastic work. I am really pleased with everything. Big plus, he was right on his quote. No surprise extras!

Called several Heat and AC repair today and CWS was the best. The turnaround on the technician didn't take all day. The best thing was that the manager (Mr Willie) dropped by and check what was wrong with the AC and identify a few diagnosis and then choose the right technician. So glad the technician was able to come before lunch. And with Mr Willie's expertise it made the technicians job much easier to fix the problem. They were done less than hour. The technician (Jonathan) was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.... Now we are ready for today's heat since we are staying indoors. Thank you CWS for repairing our AC. And also for having wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional staff. We will definitely call you again when we need your assistance. Please keep up the great work and customer service

I cant speak to their work, but I can speak to their business practices. Have a $1200-$1500 job I need done with panels and wiring. They wanted to charge me $75 just to come out and see what I have and to take measurements in order to give me a quote. I've never heard of such a thing. Neither have the other 2 electricians I called today for their quote. And its not like I'm 50 miles out, I'm 4 miles away from their office. That tells me they need SOME kind of compensation because they KNOW they weren't going to be competetive if I was shopping around. Oops. Perhaps they are masters of their craft, Ill never know, but buyer beware.

On Monday the 3rd I spoke to Willie, the service manager at CWS and scheduled an appointment with the company for Wednesday at 1 pm to service my AC. I told him I worked nights and that would give me a chance to sleep before they got here. Wednesday I woke up at 12:30 pm and waited...until 3:30 pm. No call, no show. I called the company and told their phone answering service I needed to get back to bed so I could work that night and was checking on the service? A few minutes later someone called and we set up another appointment for Friday 6/7/19 in the morning. 6 minutes later Willie called me. He apologized for the delay, said he'd send a team out first thing Thursday morning to get our service done. He even offered a discount for my trouble, which I really appreciated. I told him about the Friday appointment and told him to cancel that one since they were coming on Thursday now.

Thursday morning I waited up until 11 am. No one showed. No one called. I thought perhaps maybe they misunderstood and were coming Friday. Friday morning, no call, no show. I went to bed at 10 this time and when I woke up at 4 pm I called another company to schedule my service.

From the reviews it looks like same day service is quick and reliable but I found scheduling in advance didn't seem to work out so well.
