I want to like these guys -- for Killeen they have a lot of high quality reviews. But the fact that they don't return calls is really a problem. Left at least 2 messages, texts, and the original Yelp message... called again and it just goes to voice mail. Wish they'd just be up front about how they don't have capacity to handle demand so I don't end up wasting my time. Been trying to connect for a month, and the one time I spoke on the phone with someone she said, ""I'm just heading out now, we close at 3 PM, I'll call you tomorrow..."" never got a call back.

This is the second time I have contacted and used CWS Services and yes two different problems and both fixed correctly the first time. The first time was an air conditioner issue which Jonathan fix really quickly (I also used Jonathan's Services for my air conditioner maintenance a separate time), and this time my ceiling fans which were fixed immediately by Mat and Tim. I am completely impressed with the quickness and professionalism of the employees.

The techs worked with are awesome. Unfortunately the company Never has anyone for several weeks to do any work, communication between personnel seems poor as there is always confusion on estimates and work times. Once they arrive the techs I have worked with are dead on the money, informative of questions, quickl+9-y get the job done and explain to the customer what is actually going on with things. I had to have an additional electrical panel installed, it was fully explained to me why the additional costs for this and I was totally happy with things. Friends have been referred, but they too are not willing to wait weeks for light fixtures to be replaced. Perhaps this is a company better suited for commercial work than residential work.

2/17/2023 - Update. 5-star service once again provided by Juan and Mike, CWS electricians. They are awesome. Our house is getting older, and the light switches in heavily trafficked areas were wearing out, the hard wired smoke detectors were 25-years old, and one of the GFCI plugs was worn out. We bought Leviton spec grade replacements for all of our light switches and GFCI plugs. We also had them install an EMP protector; hoping that if we ever need it, it will actually work (who knows?). Juan and Mike swept through and solved our problems for the next twenty years, and we are very, very happy customers. You will not be disappointed - they have been consistently courteous, professional, and they do excellent work. We have found them to be affordable.

1/26/2021 Juan and Chris, CWS electricians, came to the house and solved four problem areas, installing lighting and a TV antenna. This is their third visit to our abode. They are consistently very professional, courteous, on time, calm, patient, able to work through problems as they arise, and they make sure everything is working and tidy before they go. They are affordable. We appreciate them both a great deal, and are happy to highly recommend them to you.

We have had Juan and Chris, of CWS Services, HVAC & Electrical, help us address electrical problems at the house, multiple times. Feb & March, 2020. They are living up to their excellent reputation. The first week in March, Juan and Chris installed four security lights and a garage light for us. They also took a peek to see if the dampers were open, and they were - no charge. Once again, they did a great job. All of our electrical issues are caught up, done right, and at a price we could afford. We are just delighted. We think you will be very happy with their work. Give them a call.

Update 10/5/2020: CSW has consistently delivered 5 star service. Juan and Chris, did electrical for us in Feb & March, including installed five lights for home security. In October, John came and repaired a disconnected duct into the hall bathroom. They were on time, professional, did excellent work, and we could actually afford them (yes, we were shocked). They are a credit to CWS services. You will be glad you called CWS services. We recommend them highly.

We've had the CWS crew out to wire our new storage building with outlets and lighting, and more recently add a circuit inside the house. They're a great crew, and did excellent work. We highly recommend them, and will be calling them again for any future work as it arises.

I needed a Ring Floodlight installed above our garage door with no existing junction box and through limestone. They were able to come out 4 days after I called and installed it with zero issues. Professional crew who ensure the installation was properly done.

Our AC went out over the weekend so I called CWS on Monday morning and the cam out same day. Cody looked over the unit, pulled out the components and found the problem. He repaired the issue and replaced one part. It I took him about an hour and instead of the thousands I expected it was a couple of hundred dollars. Cody was courteous and respectful, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Have used CWS a couple of times. Very reliable and reasonable prices. They did an excellent job of installing a replacement ceiling fan, hall light and bathroom heater. Even cleaned up after themselves and took away old appliances so I didn't have to put in my trash. Especially appreciate Matthew, the electrician who did my job. Sorry, I forgot his helper's name, but he also did a good job. Highly recommend this company!
