I had a mysterious electrical problem at home, which peaked on a weekend, of course. Found this place highly rated, so I emailed Sunday afternoon, got a response within an hour (yay!), and agreed to the day he suggested to come out to diagnose my problem.

When the day came, he called around noon and said he'd be delayed ""a couple of hours."" That wasn't a problem so I said ok. So far I was happy with how things were going.

However, by 4:30 he still hadn't arrived. I called the phone number he'd used to call me, no answer, went to voice mail, I left a message saying ""let me know what's up."" Now it's two days later and I've still not heard from him. I can understand that sometimes things happen and plans have to change, but then you call and say ""I'm sorry, I need to..."" Meanwhile, I got someone else to fix the problem in three hours from first call to completion.

Jason did a great job on my house! I'd recommend to anyone and I'll have him back again. I had what seemed to me a big job: installing lights or ceiling fans in five rooms, correcting wiring and making sure outlets were safe. He came in and had it all finished in a few days. I am so pleased with his work.

After so many bad experiences with poor service, these guys were a breath of fresh air. They took what had been a disaster of a home warranty water heater replacement and came to our rescue. Not only did they run the new circuit, but they replaced what was clearly a used water heater element in our ""new"" water heater for half the price of what others quoted just for the new circuit.

We will never use another electrician.
