We are just finishing up a major kitchen remodel in Temecula. We requested bids from 4 different companies that we found either on Yelp or from ads in circulars. Custom Touch Electric was the most reasonable bid we received by far. Jason and Sean were great to work with throughout the process. They came out several times and were patient with the complication of different trades being in their space at times even though we did our best with the schedule. More than once, Jason and/or Sean came out on short notice and even after hours because some small thing needed to be done so the schedule could stay on track. Our remodel was complicated too with wires going from their original point to across the room and custom cabinet lighting to boot. They were always polite and pleasant even when the remodel was getting frustrating for us as remodels often do with the mess and lack of a kitchen! :) A huge plus is that I never had to endure a single curse word! They're really nice guys and knowledgeable. I highly recommend that you call them. You won't regret it :)

Jason came out to hook up our spa, unfortunately, was a not able to get it running, GFI breaker kept tripping. I was told the new electrical spa board was defective, so I paid him and called the Spa center. Spa company sent out their electricians, and found two issues: 1) spa was not wired correctly, 2) master panel supporting spa panel was not upgraded to support new amps (code violation per electricians). After these things were corrected, spa worked fine; also, had to pay them. Spoke to Jason concerning issue, he was surprised about issues found and agreed to return payment. Jason seems to be a good guy, however, he and his assistant did not know their way around spa hook-ups. Hopefully, they get better in this area, but we will not be using their services in the future.

Jason and his assistant Sean came promptly in response to my call for someone to figure out why the power went out in my garage during the storms, shutting off my freezer among other things.
I also have several other repairs / add ons for Outlets that I needed done.
I needed a recently installed solar inverter hook up to be wired into the house. The previous electrician who did the solar inverter installation flaked out.
The estimate was reasonable; even called the manufacturer for the solar inverter to get a kit that should have come with the inverter to begin with.
They showed up on time to do the work, it was done professionally and very neatly.
Phone calls were returned promptly.
I am really really happy to have found a local reliable electrician who can also deal with my solar as well.
In the future I will not bother to call anyone else.

I'm not the handiest person on the planet, and sometimes mistakes are made during house projects - and let's face it, when you have a house built in the 50s, things aren't going to work out as flawlessly as you might expect. In this case, I had made a few mistakes on my electrical work and after a great deal of troubleshooting, I bit the bullet and called Jason at Custom Touch. He said he'd be able to drop by in less than an hour and a half, which he did.

Most electricians I've worked with in the past have been condescending and act like they don't want to be there, overall creating horrible experiences. But Jason was an exception. In fact, he went out of his way to patiently explain what he was doing, where the mistakes were made and how to fix them. He answered all of my stupid questions. He was pleasant in his interactions, he never expressed any frustration at the task at hand, and - most importantly - he never made me feel like an idiot (frankly I was doing enough of that to myself, so his attitude was a breath of fresh air). Each problem was fixed in less time than it takes me to replace a simple light switch or outlet. And, he wished us a Merry Christmas at the end.

We have some more projects planned in the coming months and years and will definitely be calling Jason again - this time, it will probably be to involve him in the entire project and not just fixing my own mistakes.

Needed a new Jacuzzi installed and Jason was on top of it for a reasonable price. He also took the time to redo the fuse box and our pool pump. We can now get back to our regularly scheduled family time!

UPDATE! I originally called for some work and immediately received a phone call back and the work that was done was perfect and the price was great! As I was thrilled with the service I called back a few weeks later to have more work done. And I heard nothing back. I called again and left another voicemail. NOTHING. I called a third time and still NOTHING. Unfortunately at this point I will never use or recommend this company again. Sad.

Hire these guys... I did and I am glad I did. Shawn was right on time, very courteous... a few minutes later Jason arrived. They reviewed their pricing w/ me, no hidden fees and got a difficult trouble shooting job done quickly. In addition, I had some telephone issues and Jason offered to take a look at it. BTW, I have had Comcast out to fix my phone 5 times w/ no resolution. W/in 30 minutes Jason had it re-wired and fixed. These guys are the real deal. Hire them and you will be happy you did.

This week we had Custom Touch install two ceiling fans in our home. The technician was prompt, friendly, professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and efficiently and no mess was left behind during their stay. The job was a bit complicated because of some previous work done by another contractor but Jason and Shawn stayed until all was working well. We will definitely call on them again for our electrical needs and will gladly refer them to our neighbors.

Really great service today from Custom Touch Electric. I needed a relatively simple fan installation on a high ceiling, and the day after I contacted them, the electrician showed up on time and ready to rock. Fair prices, not cheap, not expensive, and straightforward and friendly service. I'll definitely call them again the next time we need electrical work done.
