I used to operate as Gateway Electric, Inc. with CSLB #755476 C-10 Electrical & B General license (now inactive/expired). I was certified with State Certification #132076, now expired. I provide these numbers so you can confirm my background. I follow California’s regulations for Handyman work.

I respected my Grandfather for his kindness and dedication to family. He was an Electrical Contractor, and one of my uncles served as a General Foreman. I entered the field late, having started investing in real estate at 19. My initial purchase was a triplex located in Long Beach. I acquired my home in Belmont Shore at the age of 27. That was an exciting time. Unfortunately, the market declined, and I sold all my rentals and my home. It was a humbling experience. I quickly enrolled in the Electrician Program at LA Trade Tech, completed four years, and obtained my C10 & B licenses to bid on Public Works projects worth $100,000-$500,000 (schools). I developed cell sites for Nextel, Sprint, and T-Mobile in Southern California. I completed modifications too. I collaborated with insurance companies (State Farm and Liberty Mutual) and restoration companies to reconstruct fire-damaged or water-damaged buildings.

I’m now a one-person business in search of service, maintenance, and repair opportunities. I’m available for remodeling work as well.
