Now at 58, I see that life is cyclical. I enjoy addressing electrical challenges for my clients. This is what brings me fulfillment. You can contact me 24/7 at 714-422-7747.
Your local Service Electrician is here! As a retired Electrical Contractor, I’m eager to stay active. I provide services on weekends too. I focus on troubleshooting, service, maintenance, renovations, and urgent calls. Make sure to save my number for future use: 714-422-7747.
I take care of service calls, diagnostics, and repairs. I offer pigtail services. Want to install extra outlets? I specialize in car charger installations. I can help with ceiling fan installations. I can upgrade your old bathroom exhaust fans to newer, quieter models. I provide expert landscape lighting services.
I’ve moved past the issues of employees wrecking my service vehicles and dubious Public Works jobs. I no longer handle weekly payroll for 29 staff members while I receive monthly payments. At 58, I recognize that life changes. I operate solo these days. I focus on tasks that do not exceed $500. Look up “Curtis Larson, Electrician” on Facebook for samples of my work and customer feedback.
I was once known as Gateway Electric, Inc. holding CSLB #755476 C-10 Electrical & B General license (currently inactive/expired). I was certified with State Certification #132076, now expired. I provide these numbers so you can confirm my background. I now adhere to California’s guidelines for Handyman services.
I always looked up to my Grandfather for his love and support. He was an Electrical Contractor, and one of my uncles held the position of General Foreman. I started late because I began investing in real estate at 19. I bought a triplex in Long Beach as my first investment. When I was 27, I purchased my home in Belmont Shore. It was an exhilarating experience. Regrettably, the market fell, prompting me to sell all my rentals and my house. That was a humbling lesson. I promptly joined the Electrician Program at LA Trade Tech, completed four years, and earned my C10 & B licenses to bid on Public Works projects ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 (schools). I developed cell sites for Nextel, Sprint, and T-Mobile in Southern California. I also performed modifications. Additionally, I worked with insurance companies (State Farm and Liberty Mutual) and restoration firms to rebuild burned or flooded properties.
Now, I’m a one-man operation seeking service, maintenance, and repair work. I handle remodels too.
