Crown Electric came out and replaced two electrical outlets that needed to be replaced. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and Crown Electric was able to come out and resolve the issue quickly. John gave good and easy to understand tips on how I could avoid similar issues in the future. This is the second time I've used Crown Electric. Both times they've provided great service. I will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent, efficient, professional service. A circuit in our house went out, and they were able to come the next day, and they upgraded the breaker box for more capacity. They were also able to fix other electrical issues while they were here. They did a fine explanation of the work they did, and gave ideas for future improvements. John is an awesome electrician with so much knowledge about our older homes in this community.....which is a rare find. For example, some of you may have the X10 Pro automatic controls programmed in your home or backyard, that were installed over 20 years ago....he is very familiar with how the system works and not many electricians nowadays do. If I ever have any issues, he is my source.

When I had connection problems from what he called the ""feed box"" out to the rest of the house - which honestly looked like a tangled web of wires to me - he knew exactly what to do to get everything working again.

John is professional, reliable, honest, very responsive and also a great person in our community. I also love the fact that he's teaching his son the trade! Great Dad! I trust him ... and his pricing is more than fair.

There is no doubt in my mind that he is my #1 go-to electrician and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Cannot say enough good things about John. Both times he has been to our house to fix electrical issues he is prompt, very communicative and so super efficient! Fixing our EV charger issue, and this last time ticked through a list of electrical problems and installs with ease, offered recommendations, and left the house cleaner than it was when he arrived. He is the only electrician you need in your contacts!
