Cannot say enough good things about John. Both times he has been to our house to fix electrical issues he is prompt, very communicative and so super efficient! Fixing our EV charger issue, and this last time ticked through a list of electrical problems and installs with ease, offered recommendations, and left the house cleaner than it was when he arrived. He is the only electrician you need in your contacts!

We got a lot of quotes for our new home that had some really tricky electrical issues from our inspection report and Crown Electric was by far the best priced with the best service. John and his team came out right away and were phenomenal at addressing all of the issues listed in our inspection as well as some that weren't caught earlier. I've got two contractors I can genuinely say I love. One is my sprinkler repair guy, and the other is my electrician John.

I can't say enough good things about John. He's always super responsive, and he's incredibly transparent with his communications. He shows up on time he shows up prepared, and he educates me through what my issue might be. I've had John change breakers for me, install new fixtures, change out, light switches, modernize, lights, switches, and most recently helped me hardwire my new induction stove. And every time it's at a price that is reasonable and considerate.

John is also a man of the community! His son occasionally apprentices with him, and it's great to see a professional teaching the next generation of professionals. I never worry about my electrical issues because I know John can fix them.

He answered the phone when I called and I was able to get a quote over the phone and book an appointment on the spot. The workplace was left clean and tidy and everything looks great. The quote ended up being accurate as the job was straightforward. All in all, it was a nice experience and John made everything straightforward and easy.

I feel like he went above and beyond when I asked for him to help move a TV out of a room and into the basement which was outside of my list.
