This is the third time we've had them come and do some repairs - this time our bathroom lights and outlets weren't working, walk in closet light and outdoor outlet also needed to be fixed.
They always come at the appointed time, are polite, do the work in a timely manner and are extremely fair with their pricing. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again.

This was our first time using this company but it won't be the last. Half of Our house was dark and we had visions of having a huge project and an equally huge electrical bill. Cross Electrical was recommended by our plumbing contractor. Doug came within hours of my call. He had the problem located and fixed in under two hours and the bill was very reasonable. I hired Doug and Cathy for installation of main panel, sub-panel and recess lights. Cathy takes care of scheduling. Doug was very professional and his prices are reasonable. He was on time and finished the work before the scheduled time.

One day after installation of recess lights I started hearing buzzing sound. I informed Doug about it. His crew took due diligence to identify the issue and found it in the lights. Doug immediately bought new lights and replaced all of them.

He also included the installation of CO and smoke alarm with no cost. As I had hardwired smoke alarm and the city asked me to install CO alarm, Doug had bought the battery based alarm and after finding that I had hardwired alarm, he bought a new hardwired alarm and replaced it.

Overall a very nice experience. If you want his services, he is booked 2 months advance and so book him asap and you will not be disappointed.

Also need to mention his crew - Jerry, and Rolando - always cheerful and helping.

Recently I had the pleasure of interacting with Doug & Cathy .
I wanted to have a 110V outlet installed in my garage to hookup my new washer/dryer. There was some urgency as I was trying to catch Thanksgiving deal. Most of the electricians were very busy during this time of the year.
When I called up Cross Electrical, I had the opportunity to talk to Cathy. She has a very pleasing personality and told me that her husband Doug would stop by. Though Cross Electrical was also booked for next few weeks, Cathy was very understanding of my urgency.
When Doug stopped by, he suggested two options and explained my wife the choices. Doug's quote was reasonable and competitive.
In spite of busy schedule and holiday season, Cathy could squeeze my request in. Doug & his crew members stopped by to get the work done. The work got done cleanly & efficiently.
For any future electrical work at my place, I will always go with Cross Electrical.

Awesome people! Had another electrician come in and he gave a big quote to change the complete electric panel. We had some issues with lights flickering in our house, and Doug came in right after he was back from his vacation and solved the problem.
Had read great reviews about them on Nextdoor and I second those!!

I've been using Cross Electrical for electrical work at my commercial buildings in Fremont for around 10 years now. They have worked on small jobs such as outlets not working or ballasts going out to putting in a new main with 5 sub meters for a medical office building that was converted to office condos. I've always been happy with their work, communication, timing and pricing and on top of that Doug and Kathy who I have gotten to know over the years are really nice honest people.

Very easy and fast response with Cathleen on initial set up including all the different changes on ""our part"". She was very patient with me. It is a family business and all I can say it is a professional, very very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and compassionate company. It was very good to see Doug again, and be introduced to Jerry (Doug's Brother) & Rolando (Rolo). We were referred to them a few years ago by ""PGE"" when my husband noticed that the main circuit breaker panel had strange arching noice. Doug came out to replace and fix the issue immediately, we were impressed. He did an excellent job. We live in an old 50's home and the past owner did some really strange & challenging things to the wirings on the kitchen socket and bathroom exhaust fan. Cross Electric tackled the jobs like champions to resolve the challenging wiring problems and resolved them in an outstanding way. Btw Wow! We like the new bathroom exhaust fan...it is the most quiet we've ever experienced! There pricing is very fair and even though there were a lot of surprises along the way they charged us at a very reasonable cost. We have some remodel to do the next few years and we will certainly be seeing them many more times. Thank you very much Cross Electric!!

Doug is a great guy and of course he's A very experienced electrician I had them upgrade a panel to 200 W at the house and his team did a great job along with him very impressed. He's a very honest man. This is the 2nd time I used him. He's very professional you won't be disappointed trust me! A++++++
