If I could give more stars, I would. They are the best people I have worked with. We had to install an outlet but little did we know that there was a vent between where we wanted the new outlet and an existing one. The work that we thought would take 1 hour, took more than 3, but Thomas was cool and got the job done. He didn't even charge extra. I really appreciate his work ethic.

I've worked with Cross Electrical twice and both times they arrived on time and got the job done exactly how I wanted. Putting in a job order is as simple as e-mailing them, setting up an appointment, and preparing your space for their arrival.

I highly recommend Cross Electrical for their professionalism, convenience, and competitive pricing. I had some recessed lighting converted to bluetooth speakers and high ceiling stairway lights replaced (because the bulb-gripping extension rod from Lowes failed). They also mounted and installed a pair of beautiful new lighting fixtures and gave me advice on how to replace my kitchen lighting. My home was all ready for holiday gatherings by the time Cross Electrical was done. I can't thank them enough!

Jerry and Thomas at Cross Electrical just helped me install a NEMA 14-50 outlet and they were total professionals from beginning to end. The entire process took about 1 hour and I can see that they work well in a team.

Throughout the whole time they were here, they were meticulous and careful, even bringing a portable vacuum cleaner to clean up any debris in the area. They were also kind enough to explain what they were doing step by step and really taking the time to lay all the options out for me.

Edith was awesome too as she is the main point of contact for questions, scheduling, and almost everything else. I definitely had a lot of questions about installing this kind of outlet as a first time EV owner and she helped get back to me on all of my concerns. Their schedule was a bit busy for sure as my appointment was about 2 weeks out from the initial quote. I don't blame them as I can see why business is good for them.

Lastly, for the quality of work, their quote was hands down the best I've found and were the most straightforward with pricing. I didn't experience any upselling or random add-ons in my quote at all like I experienced elsewhere. Hope that my personal experience was of help to anyone considering a NEMA 14-50 installation or any other electrical needs.

Called them this morning after reading a recommendation on Next Door. We've had two electricians commit to doing this job and both either blew off the appointment or kept putting it off.
I called them this morning expecting an appointment in a few days but the two techs were out this afternoon, gave us a reasonable quote and installed our balcony light quickly and efficiently!

Very happy about their service. We had our NEMA 14-50 outlet installed with them. Jerry and his brother showed up on time with happy smile. They added a breaker into our main panel outside of house and then wired to our garage for a new outlet. They did professional and fast. Only took less than one hour. Will definitely call them for other electrical project!

This is the third time we've had them come and do some repairs - this time our bathroom lights and outlets weren't working, walk in closet light and outdoor outlet also needed to be fixed.
They always come at the appointed time, are polite, do the work in a timely manner and are extremely fair with their pricing. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again.

This was our first time using this company but it won't be the last. Half of Our house was dark and we had visions of having a huge project and an equally huge electrical bill. Cross Electrical was recommended by our plumbing contractor. Doug came within hours of my call. He had the problem located and fixed in under two hours and the bill was very reasonable. Would recommend without hesitation!
