Doug, Jerry and Rolando came out to install some recessed lighting in our kitchen, got right to work and finished within 2 1/2 hours! They were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We are really happy with the results because our kitchen was kind of dark because of the one weak fluorescent light that was originally installed in 1979! We are all up to date with recessed lighting and LEDs! We love it! So glad we found them.

We had a problem with our plugs after our oven shorted. I had called two other electrical companies in the morning-they did not return my call. I went on Yelp and tried Cross Electrical. Not only did the lady answer the phone immediately, she walked me through some simple steps and our problem was fixed. Will highly recommend them and use them in future!

Was looking for reliable and honest electrician so Asked my friendly hardware store electrical manager. They were referred by Bill at Dale hardware, who has never steered me wrong. Called the main number and someone picked up right away, I was impressed. Told her what I needed, she tried to get someone same day, but got appointment next morning. Again impressed by the service. The gave me a 30 minute window in the morning, the guy was there right on time. Very impressed. Had both jobs done at two different addresses within two hours. Guy was polite, knowledgeable, and did not waste any time. Job we'll done.

Need I say more..... I found a electrician that I will continue to use and refer to everyone I know. Thanks again for the great service.

My 86 year old Mom needed some electrical help. I live 400 miles away from her. Cross Electrical was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Fremont. Cathy was wonderful!!! She rerouted the electricians to mom's home before they started work on their scheduled job. They came promptly and did the job professionally. Cathy has heart. She got a customer for life!!!

Unfortunately the schedule set by our Solar Company kept us from being able to use Cross Electrical, but I still wanted to give a 5 star review because they were the only electrical company to call us back (and quickly) and were extremely helpful and professional on the phone. I needed several small electrical jobs done around my house so I checked Yelp and saw the good reviews about Cross Electrical. I was not disappointed. I called and left a message, Kathy got back to me right away and I made an appointment. Joe came out we went through what I needed, several non working outlets, adding a 240 outlet and to fix a strange porch light/outlet configuration (done by the previous owner). Joe and his team were able to complete all but the 240 outlet the same day - not their fault I needed to decide on the type of plug I needed. They came back one week later and put in the dedicated 240 outlet. Joe and his team were fast, efficient and nice. They kept the work areas clean but the most important thing - they did great work. The cost was totally reasonable. I will be using Cross Electrical for any of my future electrician needs. Thank you!!!

Could not be happier with Doug's help. Called at 4:40 after my dryer was delivered and we found out the outlet in the laundry room of our new house was the wrong socket. He was here by 5:15, replaced the outlet, actually replaced the circuit breaker with a properly specced one, gone by 6. Smart, personable, efficient, and accessible. More than you can ask for, will definitely call again if needed.

I was looking for any certified electrician in the Fremont area to add a 220V outlet to my kitchen. I read most of the electrician Yelp reviews but was passing up on Cross Electrical since their reviews were all 5 stars and they might be expensive. So I tried calling a handful of the 4 and 3 stars electricians but they all charge travel fees of $89 dollars to just give quote. One of them other companies waived the travel fee so that they can come out and give me an estimate. The electrician came and quoted me a $1000+ dollars to install two 50 amp breakers and a junction box. Finally, I just gave Cross Electrical a try because I was getting nowhere in my search. When I called Cross Electrical, Kathy picked up the phone and she was just upfront and said that it can cost me around $450 dollars. She said however that it may be $550 depending on the oven wattage requirement, how difficult my crawl space, and the distance from breaker to kitchen is. Doug and Jerry showed up at my door on time for my 7:00 am appointment a few days later. That alone was impressive since I had to go to work that morning at 10 am. Doug surveyed the house and said that they can do it for $450. I could have sworn that these brothers are some kind of church ministers because of their demeanor. There are still a lot of good people in this world and Kathy, Doug, and Jerry are one of them. Bottom line is that I was very happy with Cross Electrical. They did a great job in adding a circuit breaker for my oven. They came on time to their appointments and were just straightforward when it comes to their pricing. They installed the junction box to my oven but my oven was not there so they came back another day to hook up my oven to the junction box. I highly recommend these guys. Please give them a call first before calling other places. I'll use them for all my future electrical needs for my house.

I am so thankful we found Cross Electric! Doug and Kathy are such kind people to work with. Doug is an excellent electrician who helped us install lighting in our acupuncture practice. He did such a great job and I am excited to use his services for our home electrical needs as well as business in the future.
