Julian was quick to adapt when my non-emergency turned into something urgent and prioritized my request. We thought it was just the kitchen lights and the lights/fan in the adjacent laundry room affected. However, our water heater malfunctioned recently and we were using a temporary setup that also lost power. Meaning, no hot water. He identified the issue fairly quickly. A faulty breaker from the ensuing circuit overload. Repairs and all under an hour. Friendly, honest and reasonable pricing. I plan to use him for our next project to change out the ballast kitchen lights and more. Extremely satisfied.

He installed a Bromic Smart Heater with a wireless remote system. The installation instructions were pretty weak so Julian jumped on the phone and found a product support contact to confirm that what he was planning for installation was recommended, which it was. The heater is installed cleanly and professionally and we love it.
