Julian from Cosmic Electric is 5 star all the way! He is thoughtful in how he troubleshoots an electrical issue and does the legwork to really understand what he needs to do to fix it. He is professional, responsible (shows up on time), fair, communicates clearly, and is kind.
1) We needed an EV charger in our garage but had an issue due to the location of our main electrical panel. We brought in three electricians to get quotes, but Julian was the only one who could figure out how to do it. Some cutting into the drywall was required, but he did it with precision and even placed the cut-out piece back into the wall so there was no hole. He cleaned up immaculately afterward.
His price was fair, and he even coordinated with the County on the permit and inspection (for an add'l fee, of course).

2) We had another issue with our kitchen appliances going out as the subpanel breaker kept tripping. Julian came out and replaced the breaker and also switched positions with the breaker above it as the wires to the subpanel breaker were too short and were pulling.
I recommend Julian for your electrical needs, and we will be using him again for future projects.

Very happy with Cosmic Electric's work. Came in to do a Tesla level 2 charger install and ended up with two new dedicated 120 v outlets in the garage as well. No pressure or upselling, just a competent professional telling me what my options were. I called three electricians for bids and he was the ONLY one that came out in person, which is a huge benefit, knowing he took the time to see what I needed and to get a plan going.
