All my questions were answered and the installation of my Tesla Wall Charger was professionally done. Before any work was started, Bill confirmed how he proposed to do it (location of Wall Charger, conduit, etc). His prices are very competitive. I almost went with a different company at the recommendation of a friend, but all that company was, was expensive. Outstanding local business that does a professional job! My home was Cat 5e wired but no wall jacks put on ethernet. Connected Technology came out and installed everything necessary for me to have high speed WIRED internet in every room. Now we can stream content and kids can play video games without the glitches. We had done some home remodeling and installed new CAT 6 lines that didn't seem to be working properly. We had 1Gig speed that was not making it's way to the right destinations. After troubleshooting on my own and torturing our internet provider, we realized we needed someone with more experience to go through each line.

We had resigned ourselves to the fact that all the lines would have to be rerun on the outside of the house and wasn't too thrilled about that after all the work that had been done on the inside to negate that very thing. We contacted Connected Technology. They came for a consult and then set up an appointment to go through each line and if needed, do a new run on the outside of the house.

They had the magic touch to go through each set of wires and match them as they should be and REPAIRED ALL OF THEM! The job was larger than we thought and they came back several times to make sure it was done right.

They are clean, neat, polite, knowledgeable and were on time each time. They called or emailed to say when they were coming and then they were here. They wore booties and cleaned up everything!

In addition to the repair, we also had them drop three new lines for our TVs and put in a new electrical outlet for one of them. We are thrilled with their service and would call them again in a heartbeat.

It should be noted that their services are not cheap but they are a perfect example of you get what you pay for -- a wonderful job!
