This company is great! Bill came on Tuesday to give a great quote and by Friday of the same week Nick came and installed my NEMA 14-50 outlet for my Tesla Model3 standard range . They were very professional and efficient and explained the whole permit process very well along with other things. I got 6 quotes from different highly rated companies which I found on Yelp. This company by far gave me the best price! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

Very friendly and professional staff from the first phone call when I requested a quote. They visit for a no obligation free quote. Another company wanted me to send in a bunch of pictures rather than come to my home for a quote, and I was too lazy, so I went ahead with Connected Technology. Their price seemed fair enough from my research.

Very professional company and apparently family owned too. They always keep you posted and even send you an email with the technician's information and photo that will be arriving as well as a survey afterward. They were listed on the Tesla site as an approved electrician so they knew that with my battery, it would have been useless to spend extra to get the Tesla wall charging unit. The company is always responsive and communicated with me every step of the way including the permit process. I'm happy with the overall process of getting my EV charger set up!

What a great experience! I needed a pendant light installed (from scratch) in my kitchen, and an exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms needed swapping out. I also wanted a Ring floodlight camera installed on the back porch.

Great customer service when I called to request a quote, and then out they came as promised. Work was quickly scheduled, and they arrived right on time. They text and/or call to keep you posted on their progress, and to remind you of the time and date of your appointment.

During the installation process, they encountered several unanticipated twists and turns, which they took in stride, working out alternative methods as they went. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves as they went. I would most definitely recommend them, and will be calling them again soon for another project in my garage.

We went with a 5-camera system with a NVR for our small office. The crew at Connected Technology was awesome! Customer Service with the office is excellent! We have a pretty advanced firewall in our office and Bill even came back to call the vendor's technical support to help us port forward in the firewall. 5-Star!!

I literally could have not had a better first time experience with Connected Technology. I was having an issue with my Nest thermostat and went through the Nest website to contact a nest pro. I kid you not Connected Technology called me within 5 minutes of my submission (so I was impressed with that off the bat.) Then the lovely woman, Jennifer, presented me with all the options I would have for my situation and how they could help. She didn't try to push anything on me - left the decision up to me and how I wanted to move forward. I mean, basically the whole experience was fantastic and I haven't even had them come to my house yet. They were quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable, provided great customer service, were proactive... the list goes on. I had a 10 minute phone call with them and have all these great things to say. You should not look further for a better company.

Bought new Tesla on Monday. Called Connected on Monday to new 240v circuit for car. Inspection and quote Tuesday, installed and working Thursday. The intake staff, scheduling, inspection, quote and installation were very professional and completed.

Everyone was friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable.
