I found Connected through the Tesla website and honestly was a little skeptical at first because the Tesla community in the online forums generally says that Tesla authorized installers are a rip-off. I am really glad that I went with these guys. Not only were their price is fair, which I know because I didn't shop around, but the service was unmatched. Other electricians make you feel like you're doing them a favor by giving them your business. But Connected really believes in the customer and you can tell from everything they do from the front office quotes and scheduling, to the technicians that showed up, to their follow up after the fact. We would not hesitate to recommend. Charles and Aiden were the technicians who showed up and they were great. Jennifer helped with late last-minute scheduling, because Tesla is very bad about communicating when the car is coming, and she was so accommodating and easy to work with.

Tesla recommended Connected Technology, a family-owned business that has been trained to install Tesla charging equipment.

Jared installed a 60 amp circuit, Tesla wall connector, obtained the permit required by the City of Roseville, mailed me the permit and set up the inspection with the city of Roseville, all within a very fair price.

He was the nicest guy with incredible knowledge. I'll happily use Connected Technology for my next electrical project.

These people are fantastic. They had a scheduling problem that made our appointment later and they bent over backwards to get everything done in a timely manner. They are polite, get right to work, and clean up after themselves. They ran some wire for surround speakers, even needing to use some conduit outdoors. Again, done neatly and competently. Support this business-it will keep them in business, and you will love their work.

First, and most importantly, I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. My wife and I wanted to add two electrical outlets to the inside of our garage and a few outdoor lanterns. Bill came out to bid the job and he was punctual, polite, and able to quickly provide us with a quote which was VERY fairly priced.
Connected Technology (CT) uses tablets to take notes and right up their bids which was pretty awesome because we received the estimate by email almost immediately. The only issue we ran into was a very minor miscommunication which was quickly resolved.
Once we booked with CT and were met by Jared and Aidan. These gentlemen are fantastic! They were friendly, knowledgeable, polite, punctual, professional. All the things you could ask for. They did a great job adding the two new outlets and extending the line to two new locations for our outdoor lighting. Since we weren't opening up any walls to do the work they did a tremendous job running the conduit in a very inconspicuous location along the walls to make things nice and neat.
What I appreciated most about Jared and Aidan is that they were so approachable and willing to help. Once the work was complete they had me come out to inspect the work, explain what had been done, and offer some guidance since I planned to install the lights myself. They also made sure to clean up their work area before they left too.
If you're looking for an honest company to do quality work I'd highly recommend CT. I've already had them come back for a second job and recommended them to a neighbor and we've all had great experiences.
Just a bit more about Jared. He has to be one of the coolest, most laid back (not in a bad way) dudes I've ever met. He's the kinda guy you wanna share a beer with after the job is done. I'm sure the other folks at CT are all great but Jared is my guy and I appreciate his attention to detail and his advice on electrical home improvement.

I found Connected Technology on Tesla's website with the intention of shopping around for the best pricing and earliest install date. I first spoke with Jennifer who was incredibly friendly, helpful and thorough. She even took the time to text and call me even after they were closed to help me get scheduled and answer more of my questions. On each phone call, I could hear Jennifer smiling through the phone. I had zero desire to shop elsewhere. I was absolutely pleased with the entire process. Jennifer kept me updated and followed through with every single thing. I recognize and appreciate the attention to detail for the entire process. Even as Bill was arriving to the house, we were given a call, email with a tracker, picture and description; Jennifer even texted me his status. Emails were also answered promptly and professionally.
