From start to finish, this company is top notch. I worked with them to have our Tesla wall charger installed and i'm glad I did. Communication is a 10, attention to detail is a 10, professionalism and installation is a 10 (our installer Aidan was great!) and best of all, they were cheaper than another company I received a quote from that seemed no where near the level in many categories. I am a person that wants things done right, I want communication at it's highest and I want to have confidence and reassurance that I made the right decision in selecting a contractor. I had my Tesla wall charger installed by them. Process was easy and they took care of the paperwork/permit/inspection as well. They were also on the top recommended list on Tesla and the spectacular reviews made them the obvious choice.

I plan on installing a bidet with them as well at some point and will be going to them with all my electrical needs. They are a family run business and everyone is super nice and professional. I love knowing I can trust them to take care of what I need.

For a GM Ultium Powerup level 2 charger installation, Qmerit referred us to Connected Technology. Randi was efficient and quote response time was fast. Two weeks after we accepted the quote, Aiden and Lance finished the installation quickly. I've been in our attic and know the tight space well. The 75 foot cable run from the main power panel to the garage was not trivial, but they were done in about 5 hours, cleaned up in the garage and inside the attic access area and helped with getting the charger and smartphone app to sync ... all while being friendly, personable and professional. And the charger works great, too!

Going through the GM/Qmerit process likely cost more, but Connected Technology was lower price than at least one other service provider.
