Outstanding service from the initial call. They scheduled an appointment which was very efficiently and arrived promptly as scheduled. They even sent a notice that the repairman was on his way. John was to be commended. He was neat, very knowledgeable and identified the issue. He provided a accurate estimate and was transparent about exactly what was being done. Although he didn't have the part on his truck, he was back with the part in under 30 minutes. Not only did he apologize for the delay, he provided new filters at no cost. He throughly tested our system as it was over 20 years old and made some suggestions on how to extend it's life. The price was fair and there were no hidden fees. I highly recommend these guys, especially John.

Booked an appt. Got a call that someone could come a week earlier, due to a cancellation! John was my technician. He first called to give me his ETA. HIGHLY professional and friendly. Explained everything. Answered my questions. Checked to be sure the air was cool, after he repaired the Squirrel Cage issue. He knew what he was doing and kept everything clean. Have used CVH & AC before for the outside unit and equally had great results! HIGHLY recommend them!

CVH&AC came highly recommended in our neighborhood (at the time owner Brandon was a neighbor) so when it came time to get a new system we went to them. Greg Jamroz came over and explained our options in a friendly and easy to understand way. The system (including duct replacement) was done in a clean, fast and professional way by the Gabriel Crew truck 31. A few days later Don Sheesley came by to check things out followed by technician Matt Coplan to tweak the system for our comfort. If you need assistance with an HVAC system, give them a try. You won't be sorry.

After calling 4 Air conditioning companies and getting either no answer or no call backs I called Conejo Beating and Air. I scheduled an apt and the phone scheduler was very helpful and polite. Sure the apt was scheduled 2 weeks out but I know how busy they are now, especially since the were the only company that I got through to. Bottom line is I was very happy I did get ahold of them....they are very professional and every one I spoke to was so nice. And the tech (Dan)that came to the house was so nice and knowledgeable, he did a great job and was just a really nice guy...my dogs liked him too.

We researched several companies to replace 4 a/c units and 4 furnaces. We have used Conejo Valley H&A for many years to service our units and have always been happy. They were extremely competitive in their bid (we got 5 bids given the size of the project). While price was a major consideration for us, this company excels at installation and service. You can always reach them and they are highly responsive. Moreover, they installed our entire system in a day! One competitor told us it would take 1-2 weeks to complete our install from start to finish. They had 4 crews each working on a separate a/c and furnace. Their service techs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A special shout-out to Danny and Ralph for doing such a great job dialing our system in. 6 stars.

I called this company based on all the 5 star reviews and now I see why they are so highly rated. They are thorough and helpful. Dan was professional, friendly, and took his time to answer questions I had. The price was great, and the quote I was given was honored even though my dryer duct was a little more complicated to clean. I was very satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of this company and with my technician. I will have them service all my HVAC needs from here on, and recommend them to my friends.

As Summer would have it, the AC stopped blowing cold air tonight. Having kids and a very warm house do not mix. I called many companies after hours and CVH&A got back to me within about 15 minutes. Craig called me and said he would be to me within 20 minutes. He showed up, figured out the problem pretty fast and fixed it quickly. He was start to finish in less than 30 minutes. I was well aware of the after hours pricing and I was happy to pay as it was have a cold home or wait a day (and no sleeping kids). Craig was so professional, fast and kind. I would welcome him in my home anytime and appreciate him so much. I also enjoyed chatting with him while he fixed the problem. This company is lucky to have a tech like Craig. THANK YOU CRAIG!!!

Best of all, they find and fix the immediate issue, at a very reasonable price, and point out recommendations for things noted during inspection that could benefit from future work, without any upselling or high pressure scare tactics. Not having air conditioning for 3 weeks was brutal. Today, I had the pleasure of having Georgie come to my home. I like when a technician is well groomed.
